Payton was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He made excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. He explained how to open a crab, the difference between male and female crabs, and which meat is the sweetest. He even walked me through how to prepare my country boil. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!

I was disappointed how the fish was scaled, gutted and cleaned...the fish were badly cut.
Just placed an order with George’s seafood. Had a problem, called in. Real friendly and got the issue resolved. Not to mention the prices are great! Looking forward to my boil!

I've been going to George's since the early 90's. The turnover of employees is high. On my recent visit, everyone cleaning fish was new and practicing on our fish far as cleaning and the filet of the fish. What a horrible experience!!

Update: To say the price wasn’t what I was expecting is an absolute lie! I didn’t have a conversation about purchasing ANYTHING after I was told I couldn’t purchase a half bushel. After I was told I could NOT purchase what you had written on the board, I said I didn’t want anything and I walked out. Please do not put words in my mouth and lie on me, thanks. I never have an issue paying for anything! So why would a $40 dollar dozen “NOT BE THE PRICE I WAS EXPECTING” when I wanted to purchase a half bushel that was priced at over $90? I understand the 4th is a busy holiday but maybe you should’ve had the board up to date as it was still advertising half bushels for sale.
Horrible customer service. They’re advertising a half bushel and told me I couldn’t buy it. They should’ve honored it because I am a paying customer and they have a sign up saying THEY ARE CURRENTLY SELLING HALF BUSHELS! This establishment will NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!
