We ate here last night when we attended Grilled Out. We had the Chicken Smashburger with fries. It was very delicious. The customer service was phenomenal. We are not from the area but if we were we would follow this truck around.

ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC FACTORY with the smash burgers. Best smash burger in the 757. Yes, I ordered it from a food truck. I have ordered the same meal on several occasions while they are serving at the brewery and I have been BLOWN AWAY every. single. time.The staff is friendly, the food is top notch, AND they even brought me my food since it was the middle of the day and the brewery wasn’t busy yet. If I could rate Ghost Kitchen 6 stars in all categories, I would. EXCEPTIONAL!

I got a $15 burger from the back of a truck. It had no lettuce, due to an apparent supply shortage. The biggest problem for me was what happened with the tip. The options were 20% 25% and 30% which... once again, the back of a food truck... presumably the food truck owners are making the food, and it seems their wage has definitely been factored into the price of the burger... well, the person was visibly disgusted that I did not tip, and when I thanked her for the burger, she couldn't even muster a "thank you." Next time, you just won't get the $15 either.

We visited a Ghost Kitchen food truck at a brewery and ordered the veggie burgers. I assumed I would get something like Beyond but it was a crumbly concoction of I'm not sure what. It almost reminded me of falafel except it had no flavor. Really odd and not good. I appreciate that they had something for vegans, but if you don't know how to make vegan food, I suggest you carry a well-known brand that does.
