Quick service and generous portions. Staff was friendly, placed an in-person order and got out in less than five minutes. The food was fairly standard fare but was large enough that I could barely eat it all in one sitting.

I'm so glad I happened to see the sign for this place today as I was wandering aimlessly in search of lunch at work today. From now on when I want shrimp and broccoli I will make the trip from Newport news just to enjoy theirs because it's the best I've had hands down.

The staff that answered the phone hung up on me. This is after, I just gave my information over the phone for my food. She was rude for that and this was my first time ordering fro lm Golden Chopsticks the customer service ? stinks. Remember patrons out here keep y'all in business.

This place is very rude with their service. The main lady there throws everything (your good, money, bag, and soda) around and because you don't understand what they are saying. Either you come in knowing everything or be ready to deal with attitude. On the flip side they do hire military personnel looking for part time jobs. P.s. I am deathly allergic to broccoli and every time I call them I tell them to leave it out of my sesame chicken and somehow it ALWAYS ENDS UP IN THERE. ALWAYS! Plus if you order delivery they always magically forget your drink.2022 Edit: Years later I see that this company has still not made any efforts to address any of the comments and or how they conduct their business. Places like this should be shut down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND FOOD. Guys save your time calling here! , lady on the phone is EXTREMELY rude, her English is poor and she doesn’t like answering questions or repeating herself. My wife made an order of probably more than $100 for all her navy team and she was yelling at her on the phone. It is CRAZY that this place runs like that. I don’t mind if they are having a bad day once in a while is fine but still as a restaurant you should have the patience to answer what comes in the combo as many times as is needed when you don’t understand a Chinese accent. THIS IS A CONSTANT BEHAVIOR FROM THE RESTAURANT and I am latina myself and there is plenty of ppl that I have to repeat myself at work and in general because of my accent and that is okay. THIS PLACE IS A CERO ! Go somewhere else guys.

My order was 3 hours late, the food was cold, and way over priced, the tax is through the roof and the driver fee was rediculous. When I called to check on the order I was told 10-15 minutes twice over an hour time span, and when I asked about canceling the order to get a refund the phone was hung up on me. Do not recommend this place at all, save your money and your time. Will never order from this place again!

Ordered this food for lunch and it was terrible. General tso chicken + shrimp fried rice. Chicken was so tough I thought it was jerky. Rice had no flavor even after 3 packets of soy sauce. Luckily I had hot sauce to add some taste to the rice.

So I ordered this and it came on time but the only complaints I have are the egg rolls are over cooked and I’m wondering why this is the only Chinese place that gives you zero packs of soy sauce or duck sauce and no utensils, if not a fork I’d be okay with chopsticks but nothing and no fortune cookie…. Honestly will never order this place again
