The reason for less rating is that they were discussing the tip amount themselves in their language which wasn’t difficult to understand. How much tip do u want for a $20 meal? We waited standing as there r not enough seats. Taste was average

The food is great and the customer service is good. However, if you order delivery online, the web page will automatically tell you forty five minutes to an hour and after that time is up it's still may take another forty five minutes to an hour to get your food. The food is worth it, but maybe don't plan on eating at any specific time.

I have ordered from this restaurant for 10 years and in that time the service and food quality have gone down hill. I waited over an hour for my order and it was never delivered. I had to contact Grubhub to have it refunded because I never got my food. I tried to call to get an update on the status of my order and the phone just rings and no one answers. I used to only order Chinese from this restaurant, but I’m going to have to find somewhere else.

Be careful what you do when you order because they will try to charge you the max if you don't specify. I tried to get pork Lo mein from the lunch special menu had been asking about the specials....and literally was reading it as I ordered. The lady rang me up for the regular menu stuff regardless of whT I said then when I tried to correct the issue I was put threw the ringer with excuses and im like, just let me pay for it so I can get out of here...I was 15 minutes late from my lunch break at work because after that they gradually started working on everyone's order like zero urgency...I wouldn't come back here if It was the only place open in Norfolk. Gas station pizza is literally a million times better experience than this place...other than being disgusting inside and raggy looking. Then I was overcharged afterward when I put a 3.00 tip on my receipt...after all the issues I still gave her that...and the next day my bank statement reflected an extra 10.00 on my purchase from these people

Just went here today for a quick bite before a tire appt. Once I entered the building, I ALMOST WALKED OUT!! I should have trusted my observations. The pictures speak loud and disgusting!! I ordered fried dumplings, but as you can see, they were burnt, and YEP tasted burnt. SAVE your hunger pains as I should have done THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!! It probably should be closed down.

Their hot & sour soup (which is my favorite soup) was so bland, no flavor, no spice, and NO TOFU. Who makes hot & sour soup without tofu?! I ordered two large QUART sizes for my main entrees. They even showed at the front counter what "a large" container looks like, but what I got instead were those horizontal containers they use for lunch. They argue that for lunch they put the rice in the container so the food portion is smaller. No, that's not how volume works! Even without the rice, that container is NOT a quart! And both entrees were also tasteless, no flavor whatsoever. Having grown up in the restaurant industry, Chinese restaurants like these are an embarrassment to the community! If you don't know how to cook, don't open a restaurant!
Ordered shrimp and house lo mein, both extremely dry with no flavor. Seems like they cooked the shrimp seperate bc it also has no flavor at all. Beef/shrimp fry. Hardly have any meat in each lo mein. Shrimp rolls only had 3 shrimp stingy and they were so large in girth but short in length that the vegetables were uncooked.

They serve fake crabmeat fry it and call it scallops. The rice is poor quality and they add cous cous as a filler. It's disgusting. When I called and talked to them about returning the food for a refund the they hung up on me. It is the worst food if I had in a long time and they refuse to let me get something else. I am out 50 dollars and thinking of filing a lawsuit for return of money and stress.

Food was okay, quanity was not. the two combo platters I orderd were 3/4 rice and 1/4 chicken. the egg rolls were very thin, barely anything in them. cutting cost just lost this customer. Very
