Sad to day, this Golden Corral appears to be permanently closed. Please be advised, this location has been closed permanently for quite awhile. Will have to try the Virginia Beach location .

I don't understand how all these people can have a horrible experience here. Ok so the food wasn't perfect all of the time but it happens sometimes and it wasn't enough to complain about. 98% of the time the food was great. The management, waitstaff and cooks have always been friendly and helpful. I've never had anyone who works there be rude, yell at us or cuss at us nor have I witnessed it happen to another customer. I find it very hard to believe that the cook cussed at a customer. We've been going there for more than 18 years. My kids grew up with Golden Corral. My son used to be nervous about asking the cook for a steak when he was very young. Not once did the cook ignore him, talk down to him or be rude in any other way. There is more than enough food to choose from. The only time we had to flag down a waitress to refill our drinks was when they were slam busy. They've never run out of food, dishes or utensils while we were there. It's always clean and has great atmosphere even when it's packed full of customers. I can't wait for them to open back up so we can go there again!

Dirty. Carpet is VERY old and nasty. Food stale, some soggy. Avoid the salad bar, and bread pudding especially. The steak was good and the staff was friendly. The only reason I didn’t give this place 2 stars. And the plates were nasty dirty. Had to dig deep in the pile to find a “clean” one.

Yeah. Literally was playing food poisoning roulette with there terrible selection of food. I could say the water was good, but my glass was dirty. I even ate with my hands. Please get the staff some help.

This establishment is definitely declining. We have come here for years but the last two times service is terrible, no banana pudding or sweet potato casserole. They need to hire more people and clean up this place!

The buffet had a good variety of food however many of the foods were near empty or empty. They were slow with replenishing the food. We were brought our drinks but the server never offered refills. Our dirty plates were never picked up the entire time we were there (party of 6 so we had many dirty plates crowding our table) Not to mention the fact it took us a while to find a clean table to eat at and they weren't even busy. Their womens bathroom was pretty dirty also. I'd really hate to see how bad it would be if they were busy.

Great customer service and food was very tasty. Only problem was I say a roach and spider near the ice cream machine. Very quick to resolve big issue.

Bad experience from the moment I entered...customer service was absent...food was dried out...16 dollars and I would have been better off with a two dollar PB and Sandwich

5 stars because of Ashley my waitress OMG such personality and a genuine kind spirited woman. She was that ray of sunshine people need first thing in the morning. The food was probably just ok but she made it wonderful. This location is my favorite of all. Thanks Ashley for all that you do. see you soon

I had my heart set on eating breakfast, but when I got to GC at 1145 the board said breakfast 0700-1100. I was disappointed but to my dismay they always have a small breakfast area . I made my fresh salad, and delicious fried chicken and jalapeños along with a pancake and bacon!! The food here is ALWAYS on POINT!!!

The mac n cheese was cold and the waiter had a scrunched up look on his face. We waited forever for our drinks and we had to ask for refills. You could hear some of the staff complaining at the soda station. I will not be going back due to this is the 2nd time I've received poor customer service from the server. If you don't like your job get a new one. An it wasn't just our server it was a few that you could tell that it wasn't such a good night. Again that's not my problem, because I still used good manners when speaking to the staff and I still left a tip. Hoping to help the server get into a better mood. My husband said the server didn't deserve a tip due to the poor service. You may want to train some of your staff in leaving their problems at the door and the look on their face and their body language speaks volumes. Paying $75.00 plus dollars for 4 adults to receive bad service is a little much.

The server was friendly and helpful and the establishment was clean. Unfortunately, the food was poor quality the fried chicken was hard, the bacon was burnt and the seafood salad was bland. Went to grab some extra silverware from the counter and all of the containers were empty. Overall, it was a poor experience and I wish it could have been better. Better luck next time...

Dont go on Saturday night. Supposed to be prime rib, which costs a little more, but it's not prime rib. We went about 530 PM. The other foods weren't stocked, so the only thing that was really on the line was chicken.even had the gravy on the opposite side of the bar from the mashed potatoes . Also check your dish when you grab one because just about every plate has old food on it. all the employees need to be retrained. Guess I'm out 40 bucks.
