This place takes me to my childhood back in the day when I lived in Lambert's Point and there was this place called the Rice Bowl on the corner of 39th and Boydens Ferry rd. accross the street from the corner market. This is where I fell in love with fried rice, small smoke, chop suey and of course yak, Norfolk style. So if you're feeling a little nostalgic for old style neighborhood Chinese takeout you should go there.

I personally judge based off the pepper steak and lunch specials.. this pepper steak is some of the best I’ve ever had no kizzy. I’m over here lapping like a dog it’s so good. I like how she was confident when we asked for her recommendations.. She stood on business and I see why. It’s really the peach tea for me lol. 😝 I planned on saving food for later but you know how that go… first we hesitated pulling up because of the surrounding buildings but you really can’t...
