My food was cold I live right a block down the street. I called and offered to bring the food back for a fresh order she denied making it. And said she will only heat it up. When I order my food I expect it to be hot especially if I’m not far from them at all. I will not be ordering from them again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars my dad and I use to order from them all of the time always for delivery until one day they just started saying that they would not deliver to our house anymore for no reason we always tipped we were always nice and as soon and I give my address their whole attitude would change to rude . We honestly don’t know what we could have done .

First experience of this place was absolutely horrendous cashier nonnie had extremely terrible customer service was very rude and unhelpful. I asked a few questions on if things could be changed for allergies and was completely shut down at every turn with an aggressive attitude, rude comment, and talking over me every time I talked. Had to just leave wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with her. Also a word of advice or question if your pizza is fresh why is there an issue with changing the type of sauce used?

Sincerely the worst pizza I’ve ever had, wet, undercooked, and inedible. It was my first time ordering and I thought this HAS to be purposeful for it to be so undercooked, I called asking if it’s actually supposed to be sold this way for the customer’s oven, and no, she defended that the sauce made it this was but that it went in an oven. Not long enough to cook though. I tried bringing it back to life in my toaster oven, it’s still disgustingly soggy, there’s no saving it. Also got the chicken parm-it isn’t mixed (pile of sauce, pile of unsauced *also wet* bare spaghetti) and it was edible but any frozen version of chicken parm I’ve ever tried has been legitimately better. The worst pizza and worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. The cheesecake and carrot cake weren’t too bad, but they were by no means good either. When I called to ask if it the pizza meant to be this way (I legitimately thought maybe I’m supposed to cook it) the manager was combative and defensive that it’s still edible (and it’s actually not-regardless there was 0 professionalism). I don’t think it was just a bad day, this customer service was BAD. I imagine it’s a toxic work environment from what I heard.

Their food is great but no matter how many times I ask them to just leave the food at the door they will knock and call and require me to open the door before they leave. It upsets my dog and is an uncomfortable experience all around.
