The murder mystery dinner on Saturday evening was very well done and entertaining. The actors / actresses did an amazing job. The staff and bartenders did a great job as well. Highly recommended!

We attended the Harry Potter Youth Event yesterday on Sunday(10th). The theater was decorated very neat,loved the actors,the entertainment and the food they had was very good but different from the menu listed on site(no salad,sliders,spaghetti). To our surprise, only water was served with dinner but not specified for this event to be $40each. Cup of soda(not even a can) was $4 each. A HP drink in clear cup made up of lemonade,syrup and soda was $11...4 cups in 4 hours was $23....not to mention short staff of only 2 people fixing drinks which was a long wait. People need to be prepared of this after spending $136 for 3 tickets.

My daughter and I attended the kids Harry Potter Event at the Granby Theater. The building is absolutely beautiful on the inside and the staff did a wonderful job with this event! From the actors playing characters to the team taking care of the food, it was great fun for everyone!

I had the pleasure of attending the Neo-Soul Candlight Concert. It was beautifully decorated and the musicians were outstanding. I rated 4/5 because of the unreasonable amount of time (40 minutes) it took to park at the nearby parking deck. The showing began at 6:30, I arrived on Granby Street at 6:00 and was late to the theater due to traffic and parking. The theater closed the doors. My date and I had to knock and beg the gentleman at the door to let us in. Luckily the show hadn’t started. My suggestion is to have event parking or traffic control when having events such as this.

Went for the Harry Potter event last night and it was terrible compared to how it was last year. The food was dry, the initial movie being played was from Hulu and had the USA logo on the bottom, and for a buffet the salad, bread, and fruit that most went towards because of the dry chicken and mashed potatoes was gone. As for dessert, if you were lucky enough to get a slice of the first pie they had good.. but that was it after that. The rest was a plate of cookies. As for the ambiance, again last years was far superior and the service by the actors this year was a clear sign of it. Disappointed is an understatement.

Went here for a candlelight concert, such a beautiful experience. You’re able to dine in and order drinks. The lights really do set the mood. The music was amazing, played so beautifully. 10/10 would recommend.

For date night, my boyfriend got the Granby theater adults only escape room dinner challenge tickets via eventbrite. Our ticket included participating in the challenges, 3 drink tickets, and a dinner buffet. The decor inside the theater was actually nice. I liked the elegant yet dark and mysterious vibe it gave. We were paired randomly in a group of other people to do the challenges with. Regarding food and drinks, you technically only received two drinks really with your ticket unless you paid for more throughout the night. Your drinks were of your own asking / choice at the bar (no menu you had to tell the bar tender what u wanted) I had wine and vodka cranberry 7/10 and the third drink went along with a challenge and was a Bloody Mary (which no one wanted so they all went into the trash) 0/10 didn't taste good at all. The food buffet was just okay. The food lacked seasoning, I put a little of everything on my plate just to really only eat a few bites of chicken as the rest was bland 4/10. There was also fruit and cheese platter and cheesecake. I suggest you arrive early so you even have enough time to eat as many people arrived a bit late and had only about 10 mins to eat before the challenges started. I really enjoyed the challenges and meeting new people in the team we were assigned. That's why I am giving a 4 star rating because the actual activities of the night were pretty fun. My team was the only one out of all of them to complete all of the challenges so we won the event. The prize was that everyone could take home a bottle of wine of choice out of the options presented; we took a rosé and merlot. Really this event is for the experience and a fun night, but don't expect an amazing dinner (should eat before going) or overly amazing drinks (not horrible but also not the best). My overall rate of experience : 6.5/10
