We were staying nearby at the Sheraton hotel so decided to walk over and try this place out. Had a hard time finding it since it's not a true restaurant, but a part of the Waterside District, which was like a food court area. We ordered our food and it came out quick enough but for the price, we were disappointed with the portions and only came with 1 side. I ordered the half pound brisket and baked macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was really good and the brisket was ok, nothing special. I would think though for the price, a roll or some coleslaw wouldn't be too much to ask for. Overall not bad but not memorable enough to come back.

I was surprised how overcooked, dry, and somewhat burnt our pulled pork was on our nachos. Also, didn't expect liquid nachos cheese sauce either. Carnival cruises carries this food on some ships and has always been delicious. Disappointed...

Extremely disappointed ! Not a restaurant at all. Limited menu. It's basically in a big giant food court. No seating for small children. Not at all what I was expecting. You have to pay to park. The entrance is not obvious to the food "mall" I do not recommend
Parking: Waterside in Norfolk, limited spots, charging over 10$ for one option. We got there at 330pm, my parking pass was good until 5am the next morning. Total rip-off
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. There's alcohol/bars everywhere inside. More like an adult food mall with a few arcade games. All tables are bar height with no back stools. Very disappointing

This is not a sit down waiter/waitress experience. You order your food and sit In a food court type of environment. Not what i was expecting: food was good!!!

Incredibly disappointing . My fiancé got the chicken parm-eroni, and there were a ton of problems. It was listed as airline chicken which I guess it technically was but the attached breast was TINY. The chicken was the smallest problem of the dish however. The sauce was chunky an additionally left a very bizarre coating on the tongue. The pasta was horribly undercooked to the point that it was nearly hard. As for the cajun chicken, it was filled with overly sweet peppers that dominated the dish. They contrasted sharply with the flavor with the rest of the dish in a very distasteful way that made every bight that had a pepper unpleasant, and it was FILLED with them. The tomatoes were cut to very inconsistent sizes that resulted in super different consistencies in each tomato which was bizarre at best. As for the dessert, we got the Chocolate Whiskey Cake, which was actually quite tasty, but ABSURDLY priced. $8 for a slice of the cake that must have been split into at least 16 slices if not more.
This is our third visit. The first one was about an 8.5/10 and the second a 5/10 so we wanted to give it another chance. I would be hard pressed to give this trip a 2/10.

With a name like Guy Fieri, I'm sure he wouldn't even eat here! I bet he doesn't even know he has a restaurant (food court) this poor named after him. I order the nachos, it had fake 7-11 cheese on it. I've had better nachos from a gas station. Brisket was very dry and they were out of ribs. Not worth the price, very sub par.
Food was absolutely horrible and definitely for the price, my pulled pork was giant chunks of meat it wasn't ground up whatsoever and the Mac&cheese has no flavor at all the burgers where very greesy also and the customer service wasn't what you would want it to be just no emotion from the works are if they where robots overall horrible experience would never eat here definitely for it's price

Highly disappointed; this was the same as a food court with a higher price. Brisket was tender but not very flavorful. Fries were covered in paprika. We specifically went because of Guy Fieri's name; now I know to avoid his restaurants!Looking at photos from other people, I don't know what we did wrong. Our brisket came wrapped up very unappealing with no sauce. Menu says 8 oz of fries per order; no way it was even close. McDonald's would have been better choice.

The restaurant is permanently closed. Please update on Google.
Was on a weekend vacation and thought this would be fun going. Not if you have a car as we did not see any parking for the restaurant. What a bummer.Went to Applebees instead. Plenty of parking, we were seated right away, and hostess was the best in Virginia.
Parking: No parking lot
First off we thought it was a sit down restaurant. It’s cafeteria/food court style. Showed up 45 min after it opened and 1/2 of the menu couldn’t be ordered until a few hours later. The cook/server was rude and the food was sub par from what I’ve had at other guy fietis restaurants at a price of $52. Definitely won’t go
