With a name like Guy Fieri, I'm sure he wouldn't even eat here! I bet he doesn't even know he has a restaurant (food court) this poor named after him. I order the nachos, it had fake 7-11 cheese on it. I've had better nachos from a gas station. Brisket was very dry and they were out of ribs. Not worth the price, very sub par.

Food was absolutely horrible and definitely for the price, my pulled pork was giant chunks of meat it wasn't ground up whatsoever and the Mac&cheese has no flavor at all the burgers where very greesy also and the customer service wasn't what you would want it to be just no emotion from the works are if they where robots overall horrible experience would never eat here definitely for it's price

BATE AND SWITCH! MENU DIFFERENT ONLINE. pictures misleading. In food court goto separate place drinks. Guy should be ashamed to put name on. NEVER PATRONIZE ANYTHING INVOLVING HIM

Highly disappointed; this was the same as a food court with a higher price. Brisket was tender but not very flavorful. Fries were covered in paprika. We specifically went because of Guy Fieri's name; now I know to avoid his restaurants!Looking at photos from other people, I don't know what we did wrong. Our brisket came wrapped up very unappealing with no sauce. Menu says 8 oz of fries per order; no way it was even close. McDonald's would have been better choice.

Was on a weekend vacation and thought this would be fun going. Not if you have a car as we did not see any parking for the restaurant. What a bummer.Went to Applebees instead. Plenty of parking, we were seated right away, and hostess was the best in Virginia.Parking: No parking lot

First off we thought it was a sit down restaurant. It’s cafeteria/food court style. Showed up 45 min after it opened and 1/2 of the menu couldn’t be ordered until a few hours later. The cook/server was rude and the food was sub par from what I’ve had at other guy fietis restaurants at a price of $52. Definitely won’t go

Was super excited to eat here. We arrived early in the day and some foods were already sold out. There was no sauces, even when asked for them. Meat was good but definitely not the experience or expectations we had for the price. Majorly disappointed overall.

Apparently they close for private events despite their posted hours of operations... I hope nobody else goes out of their way to eat there.

Wow. It’s a dead heat between the bad food and the bad service at this location. The burger was swimming in grease and the bun covered in oil. Fries were perfect, but that can’t carry the day.

I don’t know why they’ve changed how the food is made but it’s not been for the better. The brisket was more fat than it has been in the past and wasn’t as flavorful - apparently they don’t smoke it anymore which is probably why it’s not as good. Also the mac and cheese is not nearly as good as it used to be - it’s way overdone, but adding garlic that isn’t even fully cooked or small enough to not notice it when you chew was not a good idea. Definitely not worth $19. I used to look forward to coming to Waterside for this but I’ll have to find somewhere else.

This is huge disappoint using the name "Guy Fieri". We ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich and brisket. Sandwich was bland, cole slaw and Mac and cheese felt like from grocery store. Brisket was good, Not worth the money, not coming back.
