Pricey if you are drinking but absolutely loved the food. This was such a cool place and I wish we had one in Houston.

The posted prices on the menu were not honored. I was charged a higher price excluding upgrades. It's also really off putting to automatically add an 18pct gratuity-leaves customer little agency when service isn't great. Our service was good but not stellar so its a little shocking that this is an auto add to the bill. Anyway I don't think id come back. Just more trouble than it was worth.

Was there for over Half an Hour and NO FOOD! Waitress kept telling my Wife and I that it will be coming shortly, but never DID! There two Groups that were GETTING WHAT THEY WANTED, BUT WE AND ANOTHER TABLE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION NOR THEIR VIRGINIA BEACH LOCATION BECAUSE OF SIMILAR EXPERIENCE THERE AS WELL!

First time here and I would like to say the atmosphere of the place was nice very chill and relaxed.

As for the service it wasn’t that great. (The reviews in here are not correct)

We waited over 30 mins to get our food when a family who was sat after us got theirs first. Also our food was very cold. Nothing was even warm or hot.
The pictures they show online and on their tv display isn’t what they serve you.
(Look could be deceiving)
The prices were too much for the product of the food being cold.
Also the 18% gratuity that was add an extra $7
Drinks were over $3
Plus the tax
For 2 plates and an appetizer was over $50
To be honest it wasn’t worth it!

The manager was nice enough to comp the kids max and cheese but that was side.
She should have gave the whole meal for free or a more proper discount. Especially she made a comment saying “the children’s food is suppose to come out first serve” when it didn’t!

I wouldn’t eat here again.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately the overall experience was poor. After waiting over 35 minutes to receive our food I got the deviled eggs as a starter. Very bland not worth the money. I also ordered the kids meatloaf for my daughter which was flavorless. It was made into the shape of a steak with a rubbery piece of bacon wrapped around it and grilled. My daughter wouldn’t even eat it and she loves meatloaf. The consistency was more similar to dog food out of a can. The fries that came with it were cold. I got the shrimp and grits which was mediocre and again not hot. My guest ordered 2 meals and an appetizer for her and her children and they also came cold or barely warm. As solution per the manager was a new order of hot fries.

Waitresses were very kind. Manager made excuses for everything before prioritizing a solution when addressed concerning the cold food. I will not be returning.

Service was horrible and to charge 18% gratuity is insane. I can understand upscale restaurants charging 18%, because the service is great. I only had water and my waitress failed to re-fill my water. First and last time of us eating here.

The lady that seated us seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to greet us when we came it. The waitress was friendly. The food was under seasoned.

The food portion is good but lacks seasoning. I had Pungo. It was too much biscuit which was not cooked all the way. Sausage gravy has no taste at all. The chicken and potatoes was good and seasoned
Order a small Caesar salad and it was nasty.

Very good eats if you are a foody! Breakfast dishes are the best. Get a double decker sandwich too, super big and delicious! ?

We have been to both locations and enjoy this place very much. The food is always creative and made very well. Drinks are on point and the service is always friendly
