1st time here and There was no form of formality, wasn't greeted properly,only was asked if I was picking up our placing order then was nonchalantly directed to just place order on screen , staff was more into phones then interaction with customer ( sandwich maker wasn't on phone ) . There was no choice of turkey only pork items ( I don't eat pork so worried of cross contamination) and chicken were only protein . And the chicken breast was extremely small $20 for a biscuit that was smaller than the palm of my hand . Will not be going back .

I went to the HB at Town Center about 8:15am today. Placed an order that totalled $39. With 4 biscuits and loaded tots expecting good quality. The loaded tots were anything but… soggy tots, maybe a tablespoon of shredded cheese, and about 6 small pieces of broken up bacon. For the price of about $8. it absolutely is not worth the money. I have eaten at HB several times before and enjoyed it. Today, what a waste of money.

Very disappointed with this biscuit. First time I ordered from here, the biscuit was soft, fluffy, and fresh but this biscuit tasted very old and the cheese looked old as well. They were also very stingy with the bacon. I think they gave me an old sandwich.

Ghent spot for a nice sandwich. The bread of my sandwich was amazing, the turkey was flavorful but dry as turkey does. The bacon was crispy and flavorful but shot through my soft sliced bread like a razor blade and lodged in my palette.
I don't think I'd order that sandwich again but I'd def return for the vibes.
Service is good. The worker was polite. The front of the house is three touch screens.

I was in Norfolk for work and trying different places to eat. I came across this spot on uber eats but I decided to go into the location. You have to order on the kiosk. The vibes were calm and chill. I got the build your own biscuit with fried chicken egg and cheese with the comeback sauce. BABY that sandwich was so hefty. Cooked to perfection. 10/10 would recommend. I will be back again.
These guys are serving pure slop. The biscuit turns to soggy nasty mush after a few minutes. SMALL PORTIONS and overpriced! They don’t even give out water cups they’re so stingy!
