Dog friendly outside tables/ fireplace. Amazing tasting food. Have to watch out for your food if you are outside/ check with the bar if it's ready. Live music makes so you can't really hear the nunber called, and they won't come get you. Overall, it's wonderful.

We have been twice now. The first time, we had a big group and were able to get a bunch of space outside with the games and fire pits. Great atmosphere. Stopped by today for lunch and got a small table inside. Stellar service with a lot of options.

We love Hanks but our recent experience with ordering a turkey has been very bad. We ordered a smoked turkey for thanksgiving and due to an issue with their website, it duplicated the order and charged us twice. We caught the issue right away and I called to resolve the issue and get a refund for the duplication. I was told an email address to email so I did that. Till this day I have still not gotten a reply. I went there in person twice to get this resolved and both times they wrote down my information and was told I would be contacted to get my refund. Nothing. I looked up who the owner is and messaged them. Still nothing. I'm giving Hank's one more chance to make this right today and will be going in today for a third time. As much as I like Hank's this entire experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

The ribs need to be smoked 30 mins longer, Coleslaw is dry. Burnt ends are money, and so is the corn bread! The sausage is crazy good. My only complaint is the ribs! I air fryer em for 10 and they fall off the bone

This place is unfair. Do not recommend. The loaded tots are gross. I went here once to get something to drink ( sprite ) and they refused me. Before I could even ask what I wanted they refused to serve me because I “ stumbled before I came in” .. like what! Imagine going somewhere and you’re just about to get something to drink and the people refuse service cs u fall! I didn’t even stumble 😂 if you go here please have your best model walk they will “ cancel you.
As a self proclaimed brisket snob, I was not upset with the brisket, it had pretty good flavor and texture. The jalapeño cheese sausage links were very good and the ribs were tender. I did not dabble in the spirits this time around but any bourbon snob would have a hard time turning a nose up at their selection.

I love this place but the food and the toppings have been lack luster lately. Had a seafood and mac bowl and I could barely find the seafood in it. For the price, i wasn’t happy. The drinks were awesome and the people there are great but I’m over the food.
