it seems they are under staffed. came through drive-thru and they had almost every vehicle parked and doing the best they could to accommodate everyone.

Nothing worse that looking forward to eating a good Hardee’s breakfast sandwich and as you’re driving to work it’s room temperature and the bread is tough and chewy! This makes no sense at all! Do employees even care anymore???
