The shift manger Lashonda Was very nasty and rude about handling my food and because I asked for ketchup and jelly. Then when I asked for her name she covered her badge. Worst service I’ve ever received.

This is supposed to be fast food yet just to get my order taken took about 5min then sat at window for another 15 before getting my cold food and fries. They were only taking one order at a time as far as cars inside looked empty and workers were rude. Don’t see how this place stays open

Nice service and clean. Update: today (05-04-2025 @ 11:20ish) to 11:40ish my luch brake) I had a horrible experience. I ordered 4 chili dog but only received 2 because they ran out of bread. Got to my table and open one of them and there was no chili on it.But was not told that at the register. The superstar burger that they replaced the 2 hot dogs with was a scream a salty. Fast food isn't what it used to be. I would not recommend going to this particular Location. They need better staff.

If you are going to over price for the food and STEAL the money… You should at least have the common courtesy to make sure the FOOD is fresh!!!! The chicken was old like they refried it from last week, biscuit was hard, hash browns was half done. Mind you this was 5am so I would expect FRESH FOOD!!!! Oh and I asked for a receipt and the cashier said HUH??!!! lol get it how you get it but damn wish my food was fresh for $30

This particular Hardee's is always terrible in that the food is served cool or warm and not hot or they don't have menu items available. This morning they didn't have the strawberry lemon biscuits and the lady said she was all by herself trying to serve breakfast! Hardee's needs to improve or go out of business!

You know I was thinking to myself maybe I was judging this place too harshly so my life went back today to get two biscuits, sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and the things were burnt into Oblivion.
