Customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. Nearly every order requires pulling forward, and even then, the correct items rarely make it out to the car. Basics like napkins and utensils are often missing. The associates give the impression that customers are an inconvenience, which is unfair to customers it reflects directly on the store and district managers’ leadership and standards. There is no excuse for a Hardee’s location to serve its community with such a lack of professionalism. It a low standard of operating because whenever I stop there it’s always disappointing.

Had the worst experience today at breakfast, they weren’t making fresh breakfast, only serving what was in the counter, according to the manager on shift it was because, “the food siting there is fresh” attitude, if you don’t want to work, don’t work. I always go to this Hardee’s for convenience, but never again.

At the time I was there they only was taken cards no cash . The cashier was kinda rude over the speaker .when I was passed my drinks she couldn't tell me the difference from the coke or the dr pepper she just give me .

I like Hardee's but hardly ever do they have anything ready. I normally have to pull up and wait every time. Usually not fast not convenient. Disappointing. Family and friends say the same thing constantly.

I wish I could leave a zero because I been there on several occasions and didn’t get nothing. One morning no smoke sausage and they stopped breakfast early like 11:30. Next morning burnt biscuits so I couldn’t order. I went this morning for the new breakfasts burrito and maple biscuit and they told me no once again for whatever reason. This is the worst Hardee’s in the 757. No one is professional in this restaurant. I see why it’s always empty. The locals rather eat at the gas station across the street than fool with the incompetent and inconsistent staff and business of Hardee’s on Campostella

Waited over 20 minutes n the drive thru. Only one car in front. Would have assumed when they pull me to the white line to wait for my food it would have been hot. It was lukewarm. And they were adequately staffed. So staffing was not the issue. It was just crappy staff.
No one in the line or drive through 2 days in a row I've had to wait 15min to get a single meal. Then ask people to pull to the white line ahead to cover up there waiting time on orders. Definitely the most poorly run Hardees I've been to on my life.
