The customer service is horrible

My rating is low because my food was not good. The fries we not hot and seemed old with an after taste as if the oil needed to be changed. The tenders were small and wasn't really hot either. If you go to this Hardees check your food before you leave.

I went through the drive thru.. Service was fast and the food was hot. My only issue was no salt or ketchup ..yup l ask for it,she said it's in the bag but it wasn't.

Sorry that I cannot leave ZERO STARS across the board , but when the service was non existent today and I was told at the drive thru at 10:05 am that it was a 30 minute wait for everything is just a complete joke. Either you were understaffed or out of food and they just didn't care to make breakfast there is a problem here with your leadership and service. Remember people these are the clowns pushing for $15 and $20 an hour that provide the worst possible in no service. It is time to automate!

I am done coming to this location. I'd rather drive all the way down to the Indian River location. I sat I drive through for 5 minutes before my order was taken. The woman was rude when I was making my order "is that all" was all I heard after every word. How about letting me complete my order first or at least get an item out of my mouth. Then I sat at the window for nearly 15 minutes before receiving my order. I ordered 2 meals. Oh! I was the only one in drive through for the first 10 minutes. The lady practically threw the food through the window and closed the window without so much as a single word. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE!!!Parking: Rough
