my stomach and head hurt instantly after eating from here sandwich was salty probably cooked in grease that sat out all night just disgusting man .. ubereats they give you whatever when they know you aren't personally picking it up

The young lady at the windows was very nice and accommodating made the wait seem like it wouldn't be long. Food i had ordered was having to be fixed she made it bearable, thanks.

Terrible wait times for breakfast in the drive thru. It takes 15+ minutes to get a single biscuit. It’s at the point where before I even order I’m going to ask if they’re going to have me park and wait because if that’s the case I’ll go somewhere else.

This is by far the worst Hardee I have ever ordered from. I ordered a simple biscuit and gravy and it took them over and hour to make. My dasher was extremely patient and waited. I called the store to check on the order and the person was so rude and hung up on me. If you need food don’t order from this place. My lunch hour is over and now I will not be able to eat. Waisted money

There's been several mornings that they don't even answer the drive thru!!! They are always super slow, biscuits are really hard half the time, unfriendly employees, and screws up orders way too often. They are in serious need of new management and employees!

Stopped in for breakfast this morning (3/8/25) at this location, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Not in the service, just the food. My breakfast biscuit was as dry as a desert. Not just the actual biscuit itself, the bacon was extremely dry and hard. The whole thing made quite a large "crunch" sound when I bit into it. And this was at 6:30 in the morning when you'd think the biscuits would be somewhat fresh. Also, the coffee was lukewarm. At least to me it was. But I realize that everyone doesn't prefer their coffee piping hot like I do, so I'll give them a pass on that. But I'm not going to hold this against them forever, and I will stop in again one morning. Hopefully, it'll be a better experience.

Today I went to your drive through at about 4:30 pm. No line no customers. The person who got on to take my order said “hamana hamana hamana hamana hamana”. I waited a few minutes and again got the same exact greeting. I drive away without placing an order. 2 weekends ago my husband went there to get breakfast at about 10:00 am and stated after waiting for an eternity he finally placed an order and progressed to the window. There was no one at the window but a full blown FIST FIGHT taking place between 2 employees behind the counter! He proceeded to drive away without food. I wanted to make the manager aware that while I know good help is hard to find, these actions will prevent us from returning to this store in the future. Maybe it’s time to clean house with your staff and possibly management. Someone is likely losing a lot of money.

Call to get a price on there $5.99 bag deal with tax. Nobody answering the phone at 3pm on Monday. Call corporate office and nobody wants to answer the phone either. So I will be calling the BBB and the local police department to find out why.
