They gave me unsweet tea, forgot hasbrown, went back to get it, got home and realized they gave me some type of samwich instead of a load omelet biscuit. Sign was out and did not get a receipt. Will return though customer service is supreme to 90% of fast food here and food has always been fresh and hot.

Probably the hardest dryest biscuit I have ever tried to eat. It definitely was not fresh. 3/31/24 Easter Sunday. 2 for $5 biscuit deal. The employee guy at the window was nice and friendly.

We didn’t even get to eat. We waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes before we gave up and left because we had somewhere to be. We had ordered and there was only one car ahead of us but they were still waiting on their food 10+ minutes after they handed their card over. Completely unacceptable.

I don't know what happened to Hardee's on Little Creek road the food used to be so so good but they've really gone down a lot the coffee was so strong and the food did not taste good I ate it but it'll be a while before I go back

I don’t recommend coming to this location during a lunch break or if you have a tight schedule. I Usually grab breakfast here it’s decent , sometimes they’re out but no major complaints. Today I stopped by for lunch the staffing was short. Waited more than 20 min. Came in from the drive through asking for a refund because I was out of time. staffing wasn’t able to do one because of the back up. When I finally received my refund the staff seemed polite but it took a while.

Every single time I come to this place I have to wait 10+ minutes on simple food like cheeseburgers and fries. They're rude and the store is always gross. If you go to the drive thru you have to pay for your food them immediately pulled off to the side to park n wait forever for them to bring out food. I won't go back here again, I don't get long for lunch and wasting half my break waiting on my food is ridiculous

This Hardee's here is slow as hell! They take ALLLLLL day for nothing....the people are nice but they definitely have no sense of urgency but the food do be good hot and fresh...avoid this place if u don't have 22 minutes to wait for one combo...thank me later Babies ?
