Augest 4th 2025 9:56pm, I endured the worst customer service experience known to man. I asked a simple question and I got laughed at truly unbelievable. I was the only occupant at the whole entire restaurant and my food took 15 minutes not only that when we got the food, they didn’t give us sauce, when we went back to get sauce. They handed us one barbecue one ketchup and one ranch we asked for a lot of ketchup, barbecue and ranch. I am scarred from Hardee’s as a whole and will never be coming back here as should everybody reading this review.

Went to the one on Little Creek road and it was filthy
I waited 25 minutes for 4 milkshake..with no one in the restaurant

The guy at the drive through especially this morning on 7/27 needs to learn how to speak to costumers. Only speaks to tell you how much your order is and even if you say thank you or speak to him he won't speak to you. Pretty bad with the customer service.

I’m only giving five stars because the gentleman working tonight seem to be working by himself at that I was running the store like a champ and he was still kind at the same time. He deserves a raise because I stopped coming to this location because how badly it is managed, there’s never enough people working the people working normally have an attitude And half the time the food would come out bad, but I decided to give it another shot tonight and the young man that y’all have working is the only reason why I’ll still keep coming back because y’all got some issues to fix that y’all keep overlooking. it’s constantly busy, but y’all never have enough stuff because y’all probably don’t wanna pay people enough.

This is regarding an order from the Hardees app that came from this store.
The order was placed at 6:45 this morning, by 8 AM, I started calling the store as there was no progress on my order, at all. The phone just kept ringing, and ringing and I tried multiple times. None the less, almost two hours later, I get an alert saying that the food is on the way. When the food came, it was super cold and clearly had been left for pickup since I placed the order earlier that morning. I was so upset. EVERYTHING was cold and the biscuits were hard. Whoever handed the driver could have given a dayum about the temperature of the food.
Hard to believe that someone wouldn't do a QA check or figure to remake the food after it had been sitting there for ALMOST TWO HOURS! The bag itself was even cold. How are y'all just not going to pay attention? Does the food just sit out and wait for a driver to get it or is it made once the driver gets there? How do y'all know how soon a driver would accept an order or how far away they are before y'all just start making food and putting out there to be picked up. Logic.
Why have a phone if you're not using it. You're a BUSINESS. No excuse. Staff more people if you have issues. Avoid this. No point of calling back up there to complain since they act like they can't pick up their phone so I'll just use this terrible review instead.
Y'all should be ASHAMED of yourselves and from reading the other reviews, your MANAGER should be embarrassed and get y'all together. Y'all got me for $30 ish dollars.

I don’t know her name but whoever made my food I hate coming to Hardee’s and seeing her behind the table I know my food is going to be jacked up. Ordered wraps and they had barely anything lettuce or cheese. The tenders were so small never again. Standards out the window.

Ive been to this location 5 times and each time there was an issue..Customer service is missing..I felt like i was being assaulted and robbed by the cashier.. The cashiers have been aggressive and hostel on several interactions. I used every restraint to keep my cool but this keeps happening and its disrespectful..Im not going to keep spending hard earned dollars to be treated like a piece of shhh..

Their sweet tea is ridiculously sweet. I’ve contacted corporate about this issue but nothing has changed. You should not have to add equal parts of their tea and water to make it drinkable. FOLLOW THE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS!!

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. Food prep was very slow for fast food, but that's not a complaint, as the most of the food came out hot and fresh. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was really good. The fries were undercooked, however, and not very tasty. It's OK for a fast sandwich.

Every single time I go into this one location, I either end up waiting over 20 minutes for my food, or they mess my food up. They forget something or they don't make it properly. Numerous times I have had to go back to get something that they forgot, that's when I don't have to wait 20 minutes or longer for my food. The manager is quite nice, and there's one other employee that I really enjoy talking to. There is one girl that works there and she literally stands there like she doesn't know what to do. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have already emailed the company with receipts and everything for the last time that I was there, it was so awful. They still have yet to get back to me. One of the worst places you can go to is Hardee's on Little Creek road. I wouldn't recommend going if I could give it a zero I would. I will not be returning to that location ever again. This was the last straw.
