Tables not cleaned off. I watched as the cashier took the orders to the tables of several people before me but yelled for me to come to the counter and get my order when it was ready. Disappointing to say the least.

Arrived at 6am was told they are opening at 630. Got in line for the drive thru at 630 the person in front of me drive off after 10mins I pulled up no reply at all. After 4mins I drive off as well. Don't tell me to come back at 630 and can even give me an update. Waste of time

Went there on 14 Feb 2025 at 445 pm, which it had two employees setting at the table, not taking drive thru orders and dining hall doors lock, as well as not answering the phone. It states they close at 9 pm. If the hours are wrong please change it to reflect your hours open so customer don't waste time coming to a business that have employees sitting at a table and within post business hours not providing service to anyone, but just collecting paycheck for no work.

Me and my family often go there for breakfast and afternoon snacks. I always asked for my military discount whenever I bought food there. I noticed because this is the third time it happened to me that they don't put in the discount even if you asked for it and I even showed them my identification card. I called and complained it took them awhile to answer the first time. Then on the second somebody hung up on me while i was talking. On the third I was able to talk to the manager instead of being apologetic of the mistake he was on the offensive right away stating that I should have checked my receipt. How can I when it's placed under 4 Styrofoam containers there is a possibility that if I checked it in my car something would spill and I'll end up with a mess. He said I was condescending when I stated that the person up front didn't know what she was doing. As I said this is the third time this happened to us. What's the c use of asking for my military discountvand showing my identification card if their not going to give it to me. I should have just bought something and didn't bother showing the card and asking for the discount. Nowadays it is hard to live and everybody is trying to get by and be thrifty so this is a big thing for me. I just want to ask the manager why did he ask me if I'm retired, active, or one of those weekend warriors. Now who's condescending. I'm retired and why does it matter we all served this country of ours. Do you know how many wars I've been through. Or what I did in those wars.

Went to the bathroom and accidentally walked in on a African American employee with glasses and grease stainshitting some kind of glass pipe, and it most certainly did not smell like any green tree I've had, more like chemicals

Why do people past the age of 35 get certain jobs they choose to apply to like fast food and have disgusting attitudes so early in the morning. This the Hardee’s manager/employee at the drive thru window always had an attitude. Like sir you’re greeted and thanked every other morning, don’t give me your negative energy, whatever you got going on outside of Hardee’s handle there. Not with me or with my food.

This Hardee’s does not serve breakfast until noon at all been here 3 times at 11 20 11 30 they alwahave an excuse no more biscuits oven broke do not go here if you want breakfast they are lazy and don’t like serving breakfast and lunch together

I would rate 1/2 star if i could.. I went to this location to get a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, and drove to work. Opened my bag and noticed my sandwich had a green egg that looked molded. I was mortified.. thankfully i just got a bacon egg & cheese from cfa delivered after. Don't go to this place it’s honestly gross.
Normally this establishment serves great burgers, but tonight they were awful. The burgers were burnt and dry to put it mildly. Would recommend a different location.

This Hardee's need to hire more employees. They staff thst was work, were efficient with keeping up with orders both on the drive thru and up front. I hope these employees receive some type of recognition, incentive or bonus to maintain retention. I just want to show my appreciation and I hope corporate will have the opportunity to read this and make a difference!
