The food was hot but biscuits were still server had no idea how to order and change on the menu. So i'm poorly trained the floors were sticky. The place used to be very good, went downhill fast.

I was wondering why the black guy at the window told the cook the food was for a while guy. My bread was cold and stale, my ham wasn’t even heated and the cheese we almost as hard as the cold bread. So I guess if you are white they make a point to not give you good food. Yall need to clean up a little too

wow what a dissapointment, no guest and still caos behind the counter. more staff than costumors and still messed up 2 orders. food was... cold, wraps where just trown in the box and felt appart while opening. the place was greasy and worn down. nope that was it not again.

Very great drive thru experience here! Came in at about 0845 for breakfast, I was not disappointed. Friendly lady.... I'm sorry for not catching the name but she seemed middle-eastern, anyways super cool and clean from what i saw peering in behind the registers. Thank you guys!

Came to Hardee’s at 8:45 PM to go through the drive-through. Nobody on the speaker. Drove up to the window. One person working behind the counter nobody there he’s just chatting with a couple of kids. Looks at me and doesn’t come over to take my order. They just start laughing.Must be nice to be a franchise restaurant and be so rich that you don’t need to make food or serve customers.

The food is as good as any other Hardees. Better than most fast food in my opinion. If you go through the drive through you had better check your bag before leaving though. They screwed my order up the last two times I went there. First time was missing a chicken sandwhich and the second time was completely someone else's order. I will probably never use their drive through again.

Tables not cleaned off. I watched as the cashier took the orders to the tables of several people before me but yelled for me to come to the counter and get my order when it was ready. Disappointing to say the least.

Arrived at 6am was told they are opening at 630. Got in line for the drive thru at 630 the person in front of me drive off after 10mins I pulled up no reply at all. After 4mins I drive off as well. Don't tell me to come back at 630 and can even give me an update. Waste of time

Went there on 14 Feb 2025 at 445 pm, which it had two employees setting at the table, not taking drive thru orders and dining hall doors lock, as well as not answering the phone. It states they close at 9 pm. If the hours are wrong please change it to reflect your hours open so customer don't waste time coming to a business that have employees sitting at a table and within post business hours not providing service to anyone, but just collecting paycheck for no work.

Me and my family often go there for breakfast and afternoon snacks. I always asked for my military discount whenever I bought food there. I noticed because this is the third time it happened to me that they don't put in the discount even if you asked for it and I even showed them my identification card. I called and complained it took them awhile to answer the first time. Then on the second somebody hung up on me while i was talking. On the third I was able to talk to the manager instead of being apologetic of the mistake he was on the offensive right away stating that I should have checked my receipt. How can I when it's placed under 4 Styrofoam containers there is a possibility that if I checked it in my car something would spill and I'll end up with a mess. He said I was condescending when I stated that the person up front didn't know what she was doing. As I said this is the third time this happened to us. What's the c use of asking for my military discountvand showing my identification card if their not going to give it to me. I should have just bought something and didn't bother showing the card and asking for the discount. Nowadays it is hard to live and everybody is trying to get by and be thrifty so this is a big thing for me. I just want to ask the manager why did he ask me if I'm retired, active, or one of those weekend warriors. Now who's condescending. I'm retired and why does it matter we all served this country of ours. Do you know how many wars I've been through. Or what I did in those wars.

Ethiopian woman works breakfasts has no customer service skills. Hardee's has only 1 woman running drive through and front counter..Ethiopia woman has very disrespectful personality
