30 minute wait time with a confirmed eservation for 1900 on an empty restaurant. Once finally sat down another 40 minutes for the first plate...

I went two times by myself (i.e. not in a big group). The first time I went before it got busy and it was an all positive experience. Quick and friendly service. Delicious sushi and sashimi at a good price. Attractive atmosphere. The second time the service was rough. It took quite a while to be seen after I was seated. It took a full hour to get my meal after my small order was taken. It was obvious that they were not appropriately staffed for Saturday night crowds. The servers were rushing around but no one was getting their orders in a reasonable amount of time. It took quite a while to get my bill, and even longer for my server to come charge my card. The slowness really took a toll on my second trip to this restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sushi rolls. Vegetarian soups. Vegetarian fried rice.
Dietary restrictions: The majority of the menu was dairy free. I am uncertain if the soy sauce was gluten free, but the sushi and sashimi by itself was gluten free.

food was good but we were there for 2.5 hours, took way too long. Pro Tip: get teapots for green tea, don't just give people hot water and a teabag. And if you refill the hot water give a new teabag I mean cmon bro what's a teabag 4 cents?

Called this place at 7 to order pork katsu, two avocado rolls, egg fried rice, and edamame. They told me it would take 30 minutes since they were busy. Cool, no problem. My boyfriend gets there at 7:35 to give them extra time, and they hadn’t even started making the food.
While he’s waiting, other people come in, place takeout orders, and walk out before him. And let’s be real—at a place that makes this kind of food all the time, the only things that should take time are the egg fried rice and katsu. The rolls shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes, 20 max with everything included. The edamame, rice, soup, and salad that come with meals should already be ready. An hour wait is unacceptable, and the way they handled it? Horrific.
Then we finally get the food. The avocado in the rolls has little brown dots and tastes off. The katsu? Gross. Just mediocre food with even worse service. I didn’t mind a 40-minute wait, but watching other people come in, order, and leave before us? That’s not “busy”—that’s straight-up disorganized. Won’t be ordering from here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Was unable to honor our reservation due to poor management of a holiday rush. Waited 20 minutes at the host stand waiting to be greeted.

Super chill inside! The food was great and didn't take too long to come out, our server was also super nice and helpful.

The service was so so so bad. It looked like there weren’t enough people working but all tables were occupied. Definitely bit off more than they could chew. Food was decent but wouldn’t go back
Waited over an hour and didn’t receive any drinks or food. Had to walk out. Too many people and not enough servers.

The food was great but it took a really long time. It was almost an hour and everyone was served at different times.

Food is awesome however it took us three hours to make 2 orders. We waited and waited and waited and were nice to the staff, watched them walk around us all night and saw people cycle in and out with food. The hot food came cold and the cold food came warm because of how long it took to come to our table. Didn’t give us any napkins and brought us sake with no cups.
We’ve been here many times and tip well but somehow get forgotten about or neglected . Three hours is a bit much I think. The only thing that was speedy was them taking my card so I could pay. I love the food but it’s not worth the wait. The restaurant wasn’t that busy either.

Food was good, the server was good, but the service was so slow. It took 1 and half hours to get the main dish. Go there only if you don’t mind waiting for the food.

Good food and service. We ate here at Thanksgiving and I’m back for more while in town. Great area around the restaurant as well from the Glass Museum and historic locations.
Food was delicious but service was a little slow. Avoid sitting upstairs if possible. It feels like they forget about you at times.
