I was actually going to another restaurant in the area but the wait time was long so I looked around and saw this place. No wait time and the service was great, food was really good. I will definitely go back and try some other items on the menu.

I saw a special on fb that got me curious to go here and I’m glad I did. The food was bomb! I’m just mad it was about an hour before closing when I went in so I had to rush to eat my food. I got 1/2 shrimp 1/2 mussels n the Dungeness crab. also had a margarita that was pretty good as well. I’ll be back for more.

Last food stop before flying back to Colorado. Glad we stopped here. Great boil and our waitress Angela was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I ate here at the Tidewater location for my birthday this evening and our server Shana was awesome. She was on top of everything. She explained the menu in great detail. She made sure our drinks stayed full and she periodically checked to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything additional. Shana provided excellent customer service and definitely deserves a raise. If visiting this establishment any time soon, I highly recommend that you request Shana as your server because she rocks!

What I ordered actually wasn't on the menu. Kitty my server was super friendly. This is an oyster po boy. The oysters along with the sauce was amazing.

Ask for Summer for the best experience ! She has an amazing sense of humor. I came in with a huge attitude and left feeling full of both food and love. Highly recommend this beauty! Be sure to leave a review and really do it too because she has trust issues.

This is the second location for me trying Hook.& Reel. The staff is very friendly. I observed the manager, and he doesn't mind helping out, and delivering food. Our waitress Veda was very professional, and one of the best I had. She was very attentive, and made sure we were okay. She literally come over 5-6 times. I appreciated her service. The food was good. I enjoyed their happy hour drinks. The Hook Punch, Rum Punch are both good choices. Ask for the military discount if it applies.

Food portion was adequate but the boil was not well seasoned. The seafood tasted blend, it was missing the well known seafood boil flavor and aroma. I wanted the noodles but received spaghetti instead. Clearly, the cook doesn't know the difference between the two. Overall it was average. It's getting above a 2 star because the waitress was really professional and outstanding.

So delicious ! My husband's sister introduced the place, I like it very much. Seafood is very fresh and service is good. Order a white rice, sprinkle some seafood soup, it's simply amazing

Food was excellent and not overpriced! Portions were huge! Our server was very attentive and had a great personality. A truly pleasant experience all around! Would definitely go back to try some other items from the menu!

The food was good!!! But when I got the bill and looked at it they automatically and 10% tip. Rarely look at the bill but then there are recommendations for another 20%. I was by myself. No 6 or more in my group but they expect 30% gratuity. Again the food was good but look at your bill!!
