I LIKE (insert business name here),lol. This is my go to spot to just get away. My favorite waitress was not in attendance so I was forced to step out on her, sorry. All imma say is there may be a change for the number one spot. I saw team work and what appeared to be people actually enjoying their job. A young lady dropped somethings on the floor and immediately her co workers came to help. They even seemed to ease the anxiety I assume she would feel after dropping someones food. I loved that. O and the sweet tea was sweet. Thumbs up.

Wife and I went with some friends, we got the wrong order and they didn't bring us the correct food. We got a salad and there was 3 bugs in it, but the manager did comp us for that

Let me start by saying Sydney the bartender is great, she provides great customer service!! Com'on Hooters ( corporate), lets get it together and turn things around!! Your brand quality has fallen off tremendously. I ordered 10 wings, but only ate 3. Stop with all of the gimmick giveaways to get customers to come in and focus on improving your quality. If a product is good quality, people will pay for it. Your offering all of these daily specials and AUCE on poor quality food to get people inside and its still not working. Hooters was once good fast food ( quality wise). Get it together corporate!!

Visited this restaurant on 7/29/25.. “Wing Day”.. 1.5 hour wait.. not worth it.. Party of 4 adults and 2 kids.
The food was good but service horrible . I usually do not complain but there was hardly anyone in there at first and Took 25 mins for a server and when she came out she had other tables that had not w ‘em seen her either the whole time we were there . Then we go ahead and put food in w drinks to help out and she didn’t bring our drinks until 15 mins later we asked another waitress to help us out . Then to get our ticket we had to finally ask a manager who seem to care less . All they said was she swamped and kitchen busy . I did not complain once about food . We come atleast twice a month but you have lost a customer . We will not be back with the lack of care .
