I have come to this IHOP and it was the worst so far. We came as a big part of 9 and we are very understanding of the time but all the food was cold. Our server was not attentive what so ever. Several times we asked for napkins and none were given. The check was brought out as we were still eating! It’s very rude! The food was very cold to the point were it was not enjoyable. They must fix their service but we will not be returning nor recommend anyone to come Trust me you don’t miss out

Food was good but I have to say our waiter Christopher F is the best, he is so polite and enthusiastic, I would come back again and ask for him as a waiter he doesn’t let his work or others get to him as well, PROMOTE this man now, thank you to the cooks in IHOP as you made my pregnant wife happy we had some bad experiences at other locations but this one will be our primary for now on🙏🏽 god bless

I got the app sampler. It was very basic; the same cut and paste tenders, cheese sticks and whatever the third part was. For all that the waitress told me I could EITHER marina or ranch and I wasn't supposed to get both. So weird for a 3 part sampler if you ask me. It came out very hot, which I did appreciate, but definitely over priced for about $15.

We called ahead due to the Taylor Rd IHOP saying open and it was literally closed and not a single car in the lot.
Called and spoke with Dre. Dre ended up being our server for the night. We were seated immediately, our party consisted of 5 people. Dre was very attentive, took our drink orders and brought out menus for us. The food came out in a timely fashion and Dre checked in on us from time to time after taking our orders and ensuring everything was to our liking. The food was delicious and cooked just how you'd like for it to be done. It wasn't super crowded here tonight but it had steady patrons and the servers were on their posts and helpful as ever. A breath of fresh air was the experience tonight. Not too loud, everything ran smoothly. I have no complaints and my stomach is full.

Batter-fried cod, salad. I ordered green beans as a side but they never appeared. I didn't mention the absence of the vegetable. Server was nice but took a while to check on us after meal was served. We had to ask for drink refills, butter, lemon for the fish. Lemon arrived after we finished eating.

I only went here because of the location. I knew better but still I decided to give them a chance. It was HORRIBLE. When it comes to the food, this is the WORST IHOP in Norfolk, VA Beach, and Chesapeake. The staff was kind and pleasant. But for some reason, the food has been trash here for years. The pancakes NEVER taste like IHOP batter. IDK what they are using.
