Those moments that short staff wows you. We are traveling and found this location late at night. There was 1 employee for the entire restaurant front and back. He was friendly, professional and cooked the best food we've had this trip. Service was so good we went back for breakfast. There was slightly more staff but still short handed. We had a server she said she was new. Only 19yrs old I cant remember her name. Very sweet and attentive. All staff was quick to say hi and acknowledge us. Food was phenomenal again. Would 1000% recommend this location. I'm not usually an IHOP fan but they knocked it out of the park!

Service was great BUT restaurant vents over our table were covered in filth. Not just normal wear and tear. It literally looks like black fur growing on them. All of them. I've never seen a public HVAC system that was visibly filthy, much less from the vents blowing air over your food. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the one at Janaf. It's super clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at this IHOP location during a recent visit with my sister-in-law and children. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. The greeter at the door looked completely unprofessional and seemed disinterested in welcoming guests.

Shortly after being seated, we noticed a cook stepping outside with a cigar in his mouth—not exactly what you want to see before your food is prepared. The lack of professionalism was shocking.

Our waiter was forgetful and inattentive throughout the entire visit. He didn’t offer any drink refills and repeatedly forgot basic essentials like napkins and eating utensils. To make things worse, he forgot part of my daughter’s meal, and when it finally did arrive, it was undercooked and had to be sent back.

Unfortunately, this visit left a very bad impression. Between the poor service and questionable cleanliness standards, I don’t see myself returning to this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as this level of service is unacceptable—especially for a family restaurant.

I didn't even get the opportunity to eat here. I was immediately met with the scent of urine. I thought it might be another customer but it wasn't. The entire restaurant smelled of urine. We were then taken to our table and the hostess sat us at a visibly dirty table. A waitress did notice and came over and cleaned a different table for us. Before ordering I decided to visit the ladies room, as I walked there I noticed that I was sticking to the floor as I walked across the length of the entire restaurant. Needless to say this explains why we did not eat here. This is not the environment I am accustomed to seeing from the IHOP brand.

We waited for 45 minutes for them to not even take our order. Then when a friend went to ask about it we found her spraying whipped cream in her mouth in the back of the store. Do not go here

Took 45 minutes to get half of our drinks, then when i asked to get our check i see our waitress putting whipped cream straight from the bottle in her mouth. when asked for the check, 3 employees “pleaded” us to stay and just give them a minute but 2 tables behind us that came in 20 minutes later already got both orders and payed a whole check
