I recently dined at IHOP and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's always a pleasure to be taken care of by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job!
Now, let's talk about the food—wow! I ordered the sampler, and it was nothing short of delicious. The variety was impressive, with perfectly cooked pancakes, crispy bacon, great eggs, and savoury sausage. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavour, and I appreciated how fresh everything tasted. It’s the perfect dish if you want to try a little bit of everything.

Although I did not order ice coffee my coffee was cold. I was literally the ONLY person in the whole restaurant and my order came to my table cold and overcooked.
I ordered through Doordash so I was able to see through GPS that the Dasher went to pick my food up, and came straight to my house, which is 5 minutes away. I understand that it's snow out and been cold so I wasn't expecting very hot food! The food they sent me was day old or left out for a long time! Everything was cold! Even the grits were cold, stuck my finger into them, they were cold down to the botto! The hash browns and sausage links were BURNT! The bacon had black specks on it from them cooking it on grill they burnt stuff on and didn't clean! The ham was rubbery! The Sunnyside up eggs looked so perfectly cooked! Cut into them thinking they were the only thing decent to eat! They were RUBBERY too! Only time that happens is when you microwave them leftover!

Iam here iam 2:54 am 2/22/25 been wait for 30 minutes to not receive all my food orders 3 meal the guy way right in front on me when I order still got the order wrong haven't got my food and missing food never again

Listen..... the sanitation in this place is deplorable. The bathrooms smell awful. Jist terrible. Second the atmosphere is sad. All of the workers have an attitude. And the sanitation upon bringing your food is nasty. When the person taking your order has a community tablet, touches their sweaty face, uses used rags to clean, then FULL PALMS MY FRENCH BREAD FOR NO REASON. Just nasty. I watched as all of them used their dirty hands to touch everyone's food. Yall have to do better. That was disgusting. Not just one person. Every waiter hand their unsanotized hands in peoples food. Can't bring myself to eat here if yall are this unsanitary.
I wanted to eat my good because the portions were huge. It looked delicious. But I couldn't bring myself eat anything because I watched them touch my food with their hands. I literally watched her wipe the sweat off her forhead and then touch my French toast. That was nasty. I mean come on. How disappointing.
