My husband purchased fries and nuggets for our son and burger for himself. His burger patty was over cooked and it was small. Nuggets shaped oddly and within 2 hours my son felt sick. He got food poisoning. I wish husband would've checked reviews before buying anything here.

They're heating lamp was broke and they had to re-deep fry the fries and they put the burger in the microwave in front of us.

The worst location I have been to. Took almost a half hour for 2 plain cheeseburgers. The line was so long they did not have the staff/management to keep up, however they never stopped taking orders. I will never go to this location again and would highly recommend new management. Food was ok when it was finally received.

Ummm, is it hygienic for the cook to also be texting with the same gloves on?? I think not. The service is slow because they have ONE cashier working on a busy Friday night. She was doing the best she could though. I was just shocked about the cook. The food is normal for Burger King. Nothing to brag about. The kiddos wanted it, so I obliged.

The soda machines were down. Chicken sandwich was burnt and salty. Jesus please help this place.

I'm giving this fast food place 5 Stars, because I'm pretty sure I've never been to a Burger King with nicer staff than this one. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, large, with a Coke to drink. The lady who took my order was so friendly, like I was amazed if you can't tell. When she handed me my Coke, she made sure to remind me I get free refills (which I didn't partake in but still appreciated the info). I got my food super fast and when I asked for two ranches I didn't get a death glare and the lady asked if I wanted anything else! I got to my table to find I got like a Five Guys serving of French fries which was #awesome!!! I know it's just a fast food place, but I am really thankful that my little quick lunch wasn't a disaster due to bad attitudes or rudeness generally received at these kinds of establishments! Thank you!

i chimed in with a haven't you people ever heard of giving extra ketchup packets. I mean fur real. Its not that hard to squash up some spaghetti sauce back there
