Great sandwich, but check your receipts before leaving. I got cheated out of $5 for a half of a sandwich that was supposed to be a little over $8. When I got home, I checked my account it was $14plus. And I even left a $1.00 tip

Best sandwich shop on east little creek, service is always above top tier, cody, David and ahnystii always make the food right, they are always very kind and helpful. The restaraunt is always clean and nice and they are welcoming to anyone who comes in. Hands down the best sandwich shop on little creek

I’ve went here a couple times while pregnant and normally they warm up the meat on the girl for me since it’s not safe to eat sandwich meat, and when i can in November 6th at around 3:30 the 2 dudes would not warm up my sandwich meat although their policy is definitely to warm up a pregnant women’s sub my fiancé had got upset because he knows the policy and they kicked us out. very rude and unprofessional

Manager Jessie is so unprofessional!!! Asked for his supervisors information and was told he's the only manager and then asked for corporate number and he gave me the wrong number AFTER he told me to google it.

Big JM fan. This location always has pickups ready ahead of schedule and the staff is friendly.

I did, however, have tuna with bacon today, and it was dry as the Sahara. Like they forgot to add mayo or whatever they mix with the tuna.

Possibly the first time I've been disappointed after eating JMs. I also had the skinniest cheesestake in my JM eatin' days a few visits ago at this location - but figured it was a fluke.

At the price of these sandwiches (+ ridiculous VA taxes), I expect a bit more JM quality than what I've gotten recently.

I'll be back, but my loyalty has its limits. Hoping for improvement and consistency.

The unprofessionalism at this Jersey Mike’s is mind blowing. I simply placed an order online for a mini turkey and provolone with mayo , mustard and oil on there. When I got my sub, it only had oil on the sub and on the bag it said just oil. So I called up there to let them know that they made my sub wrong as I’m clearly looking at the sub while I’m on the phone explaining to the guy, what is not on my sub. The guy decides to keep debating with me When I tell him that there is no mayo or mustard on my sub. They didn’t apologize for the mistake. He kept telling me there’s mustard on the sub when clearly I’m looking at the sub and there’s no mustard up there. The proper thing he should had done was apologize for the mistake and remake the sub, but that didn’t happen I kept being told well there’s mustard on it . This jersey Mike’s just got a customer and don’t ever have to deal with me again. And this location east little creek some of the workers need to be trained more on customer service!

Meh. Harris teeter has better subs

Went in around 5pm after work and ordered me a nice cold cut to wind down on the weekend. That David guy was amazing!!!!!

Tried this location out last night and was very happy. Well run, clean and good service. Thanks
