Jersey Mike's Subs

I went into Jersey mikes on East little creek Road about 12:30 today There was a line but everyone notetice there was only one worker there today he was actually the manger name was Simeon apparently the whole staff called out I must say he was very polite with everyone who came threw the door he had a huge order he was preparing and people steady comeing in at least 9 in line we all were very patient with him He Did an out standing job getting everyone out in a timely manner and giving his apologizes to everyone ABSOLUTELY outstanding Service and at lunch time Delicious subs as always Great service to the manger simeon I recommend mikes way itilan❤️❤️❤️❤️

You get what you earned and deserve you gave me nothing you deserve 0 stars . Two times in a row . First time you closed early second time the rude guy that took my order the tall black guy a cook was a jerk yelling at Me with bad additude starting a fight with me over me trying to order peperoni on my sub.

They website saying they are open until 9 but when I arrived at 830 they would not make me any food they not friendly or want to make food so I waisted a trip .if you close at 830 then you need to write that and update the website . I waited for 10 minutes in there no greeting and not a good additude when I asked if they were still open . I was disappointed my birthday and I can't even get a sandwich. This is the edit I previously 3 stars even though they denied me the sandwich when they were still open and decided to close even though I was waiting behind someone in line. They made his food but even on my birthday 30 minutes before closing they refused me. the grill was still on. So I changed my rating here is why

So I finally went back in to give it another try and order a sub a while back, The service was so rude and wouldn't make the sub the way I liked that I used to get that way every time . I won't be going back . The management is terrible to let this type of thing happen 2 tines i been in there consecutivly The service was horrible. I left the orher review from my other acount . Now you have another 1 star congratulations.

This location decided to shut their grill down at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. I was unable to get the sandwich I wanted due to this. I decided to leave instead of choosing an item that was more “convenient” for them. I walked next door to the Iron Grill Hibachi whose store also closes at 9pm. I was able to get a full hibachi meal since their grill was still hot and ready for paying customers.

Cannot answer questions from customers. Because they don't answer the phone. Called on 09/08/24 at 5:00 pm. Not until they learn how to answer the phone. I will be taking my business to Firehouse Subs.

Bread never really taste fresh. I can't eat at this location anymore. They never changed gloves in between touching the register, surfaces and other sandwiches

Second time they denied me a sandwich with added cooked peperoni. This place has no communication skills from the rude cooks that want to argue about adding pepperoni to my steak sub I have always ordered it like that now the cook who doesn't even know how to cook saying he can not add any pepperoni to a cooked sub
Also i was disappointed when I tried to order a sub on my birthday on a Friday they closed early and wouldn't make the sub but made one for the customer in front of me . I was surprised to be facing these problems from a merchant that supposed to be professional and stay open till the sighn and web says they are open. And I guess it's 2 much to ask to customize a sub or sandwich without having a rude employee argue with you and refuse to make the sandwich . This is unexeptable I will be taking my business across the street from now on that was the second chance beware of stores that hire rude and unhelpful employees . Why do they employ such bad attitude people . Even after I said forget it i will go to Panera ! he still keep on trying to argue with me about how he can't put any cold meat on hot sub even after I said I wanted the pepperoni cooked with the meat like they always did in the past. I think cook learned how to cook from a cracker jack box instruction.

Food was good. Got attitude right off the bat when putting in my order. Took a while to make it even though we were the only two in the entire place. Another customer came in and it took them 10 minutes to even take their order. Gotta love when people don’t like their jobs or care. Shows how great they aspire to be.

Spent $30 on two meals and didn’t get to enjoy my drink, got ready to get my drink and noticed a ton of dust on top of the soda options bent down and seen mold growing on the soda spouts which is gross and unsanitary. Which tells me staff is not cleaning these at closing time. They are to be unscrewed and soaked in a cleaning solution and wiped down each day to prevent this. Won’t be coming back to this location. Also it made me skeptical, wasn’t sure if I wanted to eat my sandwich but I did and it was okay being it was my first time here. The bread was kinda tough to bite into and pull. Please do better with keeping this location clean and sanitary. I wouldn’t be surprised if they said this place had COVID-24 in it.

There’s nothing like a good cold cut sub and chips on a hot day. I got the tuna and my husband got the italian, both mike’s way. Jersey mikes never disappoints.
