Jersey Mike's Subs

The unprofessionalism at this Jersey Mike’s is mind blowing. I simply placed an order online for a mini turkey and provolone with mayo , mustard and oil on there. When I got my sub, it only had oil on the sub and on the bag it said just oil. So I called up there to let them know that they made my sub wrong as I’m clearly looking at the sub while I’m on the phone explaining to the guy, what is not on my sub. The guy decides to keep debating with me When I tell him that there is no mayo or mustard on my sub. They didn’t apologize for the mistake. He kept telling me there’s mustard on the sub when clearly I’m looking at the sub and there’s no mustard up there. The proper thing he should had done was apologize for the mistake and remake the sub, but that didn’t happen I kept being told well there’s mustard on it . This jersey Mike’s just got a customer and don’t ever have to deal with me again. And this location east little creek some of the workers need to be trained more on customer service!

Meh. Harris teeter has better subs

Went in around 5pm after work and ordered me a nice cold cut to wind down on the weekend. That David guy was amazing!!!!!

Semione is the heart of this place! He went above and beyond working his shift ALONE. He reassured every customer that it might take a bit, but he’d get to them. We really appreciated his communication and dedication.

They were slammed when I visited around 12:30pm today, and both the guys working kept their cool and handled a long line, plus delivery orders, with efficiency and professionalism. Great work!

My coworker Danielle and I came in today on 3/20 around 11:30. And the service was beyond amazing. Although they were extremely busy with orders, they did not seem under pressure nor show any signs of it. I did not get the names of the young lady and 2 gentlemen that were working. As we waited our turn to place our order they were friendly and engaged with us. Besides the service, we are trying the bowls for the first time and they did not disappoint. Thank you 3 for your kind service even though you all were extremely busy!

Stopped by to place order and while they had several employees working, they had a line waiting on orders, a number of people picking up and orders weren't ready along with a line to order.
Noticed that they cross contaminate the meats being sliced and the cheese, which can be issue with people and allergies.
Finally walked out without placing an order.
Pretty disappointed.

I went into Jersey mikes on East little creek Road about 12:30 today There was a line but everyone notetice there was only one worker there today he was actually the manger name was Simeon apparently the whole staff called out I must say he was very polite with everyone who came threw the door he had a huge order he was preparing and people steady comeing in at least 9 in line we all were very patient with him He Did an out standing job getting everyone out in a timely manner and giving his apologizes to everyone ABSOLUTELY outstanding Service and at lunch time Delicious subs as always Great service to the manger simeon I recommend mikes way itilan❤️❤️❤️❤️

NOT FRIENDLY SERVICE / NOT HELPFULL STAFF THE LAST 2 T8MES I TRIED TO ORDER.

You get what you earned and deserve you gave me nothing you deserve 0 stars . Two times in a row . First time you closed early second time the rude guy that took my order the tall black guy a cook was a jerk yelling at Me with bad additude starting a fight with me over me trying to order peperoni on my sub.

They website saying they are open until 9 but when I arrived at 830 they would not make me any food they not friendly or want to make food so I waisted a trip .if you close at 830 then you need to write that and update the website . I waited for 10 minutes in there no greeting and not a good additude when I asked if they were still open . I was disappointed my birthday and I can't even get a sandwich. This is the edit I previously 3 stars even though they denied me the sandwich when they were still open and decided to close even though I was waiting behind someone in line. They made his food but even on my birthday 30 minutes before closing they refused me. the grill was still on. So I changed my rating here is why

So I finally went back in to give it another try and order a sub a while back, The service was so rude and wouldn't make the sub the way I liked that I used to get that way every time . I won't be going back . The management is terrible to let this type of thing happen 2 tines i been in there consecutivly The service was horrible. I left the orher review from my other acount . Now you have another 1 star congratulations.
