This location took me away from Subway. I've gotten to know most of the workers by name. My wife and I go every Tuesday and our food is always fresh. Please bring back the South West Sub.

I ordered a Hot Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak Sub. 1.) It was a hot sub, but the meat inside was cold. 2.) The bread wasn't toasted at all; it was very flimsy. It looks like they just slapped meat and cheese on a roll (they forgot the lettuce and tomato) and warmed it in a microwave. I’ve had mixed results at this location but this time was very disappointing. No longer ordering subs from this location.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. I was greeted promptly. My order was taken and repeated for accuracy. They made my sandwhich just the way I like it. We will visit again when we're in the area. *To the 2 guys that were closing, thank you. Great customer service!

Really disappointed. It had been years since I had been to JM’s because of not being near one. I so looked forward to returning to Tidewater to get my sub to find that they no longer did Make-Your-Own sandwiches. Staff were not willing to make me one. I ended up ordering a sub and asked them to remove some of the meat and add extra. They removed the meat, but did not add extra and I had to pay full price. I will not return.

I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday on my lunch break in a big rush and was first, greeted with a super chill dude who not only made one of the best sandwiches i’ve had in a long time, but did it quick without any attitude. I would give 6 stars just for how quick it got done. I never leave google reviews or ask for anyone’s name but that dude David really helped me out!

The young lady and gentlemen that closed tonight 12-06-2024, did a really good job especially being last minute ( called in at 8:50 pm.) Their attitudes were very polite, professional and inviting. They are to be commended especially when I know they were preparing to close. Great job and all four subs were great !

I walked in started being helped right away David was very respectful, very good customer service, he explained the menu, and how it works my meal was very good, will definitely be a returning customer.
Tonight I went in and ordered 2 subs. Both were supposed to have extra meat. Now the order i placed is one that I order at other Jersey Mike's all the time and I know how they should come. Normally I order with steak and chicken on the same sub but lately they say they can't because of cross contamination. I understand that except the guy making my order cooked both steak and chicken at the same time, and even put the steak where the chicken was on the grill. When my order was done I asked if both had double meat because I watched him cook it and he said yes. When I got home an opened my order, neither had extra meat and the bread was falling apart and the bacon was halfway done. This is not the first time ive had this experience at this location. Needless to say I may stick with driving further to one that I know will make my order correctly.

I’ve always had great experiences at this establishment. I especially want to thank the employees today for making accommodations for me. I asked that the meat on a cold sub be grilled because of the risk of listeria while pregnant. I don’t think this is typical for all sandwich shops or jersey mikes in general. BUT, They made the accommodation no questions asked! Great service!!

I went in to order subs this evening 10/31/24 on N. Military Hwy, Norfolk, Va. I do not know the young man's name that made my 2 subs. He wore glasses and he was a fairly small young man. He was very polite, took my order with no errors. This is the praise, he changed his gloves whenever he touched anything outside of my sandwiches. I have NEVER seen that anywhere. He was clean and neat as well. This will make me come back more than I do, hoping he'll be there to make my order. Please give him my praise!
