Rafael over here at military highway always makes a great experience for my families dining! He has great customer service and is one of the best part of this company! I enjoy Jersey Mikes solely because of this guys fantastic customer service!!!!

I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday on my lunch break in a big rush and was first, greeted with a super chill dude who not only made one of the best sandwiches i’ve had in a long time, but did it quick without any attitude. I would give 6 stars just for how quick it got done. I never leave google reviews or ask for anyone’s name but that dude David really helped me out!

The young lady and gentlemen that closed tonight 12-06-2024, did a really good job especially being last minute ( called in at 8:50 pm.) Their attitudes were very polite, professional and inviting. They are to be commended especially when I know they were preparing to close. Great job and all four subs were great !

The guys working black friday afternoon were outsranding!
Tonight I went in and ordered 2 subs. Both were supposed to have extra meat. Now the order i placed is one that I order at other Jersey Mike's all the time and I know how they should come. Normally I order with steak and chicken on the same sub but lately they say they can't because of cross contamination. I understand that except the guy making my order cooked both steak and chicken at the same time, and even put the steak where the chicken was on the grill. When my order was done I asked if both had double meat because I watched him cook it and he said yes. When I got home an opened my order, neither had extra meat and the bread was falling apart and the bacon was halfway done. This is not the first time ive had this experience at this location. Needless to say I may stick with driving further to one that I know will make my order correctly.

I’ve always had great experiences at this establishment. I especially want to thank the employees today for making accommodations for me. I asked that the meat on a cold sub be grilled because of the risk of listeria while pregnant. I don’t think this is typical for all sandwich shops or jersey mikes in general. BUT, They made the accommodation no questions asked! Great service!!

I went in to order subs this evening 10/31/24 on N. Military Hwy, Norfolk, Va. I do not know the young man's name that made my 2 subs. He wore glasses and he was a fairly small young man. He was very polite, took my order with no errors. This is the praise, he changed his gloves whenever he touched anything outside of my sandwiches. I have NEVER seen that anywhere. He was clean and neat as well. This will make me come back more than I do, hoping he'll be there to make my order. Please give him my praise!
Great subs, all the employees were very nice. Young man with the glasses is always greeting the customers with a smile. Would recommend to people!

Great catering experience! One year olds birthday party. All the sandwiches came individually wrapped. A super professional young man named Gavin deliverd the food, promptly at 1:30. Would definitely recommend for your next party!!

The guy that made our food was nice, he was wearing gloves. However, he was wearing gloves but with the same gloves he touched EVERYTHING! His hat, the register etc. Take the damn gloves off to do all that and new ones when you touch peoples food. Common sense! Throwing my food in the trash. Thank you!

1:45 on a Friday, can’t make a warm sub because the grill is covered with bacon. For 10 minutes??? It shouldn’t take that long to cook bacon, and why didn’t you cover only a third or half the grill instead of shutting out all customers who want a hot sandwich. You lost my once per week stop.
