Mj and Naz gave me AMAZING customer service. This is my first time eating at Jersey Mike's. And it most definitely won't be my last! And what really amazes me was seeing Naz butcher the meat in house. That's most definitely why Jersey Mike's subs beats everybody else's sub in my eyes! And not only that Mj made sure she cleaned he station after every sub making the feeling fresh to get your sub decorated. Thank you Jersey Mike's Military Hwy!! I will most definitely be back!!!

I usually love Jersey Mike's, but I was disappointed when I got home and opened up my chipotle cheese steak wrap from 1211 N. Military Highway in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It looked like something from Taco Bell. I would suggest that the woman who made my wrap get training at another Jersey Mike's (I would recommend the Willis Shoppes location) and incorporate their methods at the Military Highway location. It makes the company look bad. I'm very disappointed. Since I ordered using the app I tipped in advance. I now regret doing so.

THIS PLACE AND THERE EMPLOYEES IS HORRIBLE!!!...they don't pay attention to customers, when there order was placed, and how to make the order correctly. They put together an ugly sandwich without all the toppings I requested AND PAID FOR....DIDNT SAY SORRY FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSED!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE GOING IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL CURTIOUS AND EFFEIENCY. IT WAS A TO GO ORDER THAT WAS PLACED ONLINE THEY HAD 30 MINS TO MAKE A SANDWICH WAS GIVEN AN EXTRA 10 MIN AND STILL GOT IT WRONG AND DID NOT RECTIFY OR APOLOGIZE

manager had a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional I asked him nicely to give me new bread after he messed up my order and added mayonnaise to my sub and instead of getting new bread employee Eric( Store manager ) scraped the mayonnaise off not knowing if I had an allergy or not and refused to replace it A very nice young lady fixed everything for me after but the entire experience overall was not enjoyable at all thanks to the store manager

Horrible customer service. I ordered an online group order and one of the sandwiches were incorrect so I requested for it to be made correctly. I spoke to Paige the “manager” on the phone before returning to the location and once I arrived Paige was very rude and condescending. She opened the incorrect sandwich and put her fingers through it stating that it was a different sandwich even though it wasn’t, she then offered the sandwich she fingered back to me instead of originally giving me the correct one that was remade. It sucks to spend your money and time on a business and be disrespected.

I usually only order Jersey Mike’s subs! I love that unlike Subway, they don’t use that package processed meat and cheese! They use fresher deli meats, cheese and cut it infront of you!I order from them so much! Which is why I am so disappointed how bad this location has gone down! Manager Tristan was very on top of things and kept that place so professional ran!I don’t know who is managing it now and workers! I do know it’s clear they REFUSE to answer the phones! You can tell they do not want to be bothered! I have called there different days and times! They will let the phone ringaling ring! I would order from DoorDash often! Which on DoorDash they don’t have certain customizations available! I would call the store to let them know my request! So much so Tristan already knew how I wanted my sub and had his workers already know too lol! I would still call to confirm!So it’s let you know I spend money at that location! Whoever is there NOW! It’s ridiculous and gives lazy vibes!I don’t know if they allow call in orders! If they do, the owner needs to know that they must be costing them money cuz they do not answer the phone! I no longer order from there! I know my $100 or more spent every so months isn’t much! It’s still less they are getting!

I wish if you advertise a giant sandwich why can't us who are cutting out bread by doing wraps can't have a giant wrap??? Instead they charge you double meat but.put it on the same size wrap if a person wants a giant why can't they have 2 regulars as that would be the same correct??? Just disappointing for Jersey Mike's not to do that or maybe they do but not the staff I met up there, Robert

It is always something with this store.....my company orders from here weekly and half of the time they mess the order up. I always just order meat and cheese which should be very easy to make but they often put onions and peppers on there so I can't eat that day. This time, they didn't even make my sandwich at all, which is not the first time, and when I called trying to get the situation taken care of, I was very unsatisfied with the result. I would think that they would value a customer that orders multiple subs on a weekly basis but apparently not. Zeros has better subs anyway.....
