The food tasted good but…..
My sub had so little ingredients that the bread was able to close and you couldn’t tell there were any ingredients inside. A flat sad and depressing sub. I really needed a good lunch today. You're better off going to Wawa.

Genuinely terrible customer service at this Jimmy John’s. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. There were several people behind the counter, but not a single one said a word. The girl at the register had her back to me and barely turned around. She didn’t make eye contact once the whole time. The only thing she said after I ordered was “9.89.” She seemed completely disengaged, like me being there was a burden, and the whole vibe of the store felt cold and unwelcoming. I’ll definitely not be coming back.

I ordered a typical sandwhich, a Bootlegger, and they made it just the way I asked even if I was a little extra with my request. I greatly appreciate that. I can tell this staff care and like making their customers pleased, and it brought a smile to my face when getting back to the office and eating my sandwich.

Ordered online, didn’t get the drinks that was included in the combo. Had called them and had to dance around an Ill informed “manager” who wouldn’t help me. All the options I was given was either I pay extra for the waters I already paid for or I have to go pick them up when they were at fault. I shouldn’t have to do either of those things and that goes without saying. At the end of the call I finally convinced her to just give me what I ordered, but not without the inconvenience and abrasive customer support.

I travel a lot for work and The Porker is my go to sandwich at Jimmy John’s. This store may be cutting costs because this by far the smallest wheat sliced sandwich I have ever received. This owner operator should be ashamed!!! Do better Jimmy John’s!

How surprised I am to find out that this pasta bowtie salad is expired and they still gave it to me knowing that I'm pregnant I feel sick to my stomach. Freshness/ Used By Date says used by 7/15. It"s Now 7/16. Wish I could upload a picture but they won't let me ?

This location is GREAT, I came on Monday June 10, 2024 around 4PM. They are a one minute walk from the Battleship Wisconsin/Nauticus Museum. I like how this locations accepts coupons on the app.
