Ordered online, didn’t get the drinks that was included in the combo. Had called them and had to dance around an Ill informed “manager” who wouldn’t help me. All the options I was given was either I pay extra for the waters I already paid for or I have to go pick them up when they were at fault. I shouldn’t have to do either of those things and that goes without saying. At the end of the call I finally convinced her to just give me what I ordered, but not without the inconvenience and abrasive customer support.

I travel a lot for work and The Porker is my go to sandwich at Jimmy John’s. This store may be cutting costs because this by far the smallest wheat sliced sandwich I have ever received. This owner operator should be ashamed!!! Do better Jimmy John’s!

How surprised I am to find out that this pasta bowtie salad is expired and they still gave it to me knowing that I'm pregnant I feel sick to my stomach. Freshness/ Used By Date says used by 7/15. It"s Now 7/16. Wish I could upload a picture but they won't let me ?

This location is GREAT, I came on Monday June 10, 2024 around 4PM. They are a one minute walk from the Battleship Wisconsin/Nauticus Museum. I like how this locations accepts coupons on the app.

Ice from the soda machine is visibly dirty with black chunks of debris. Sketchy-looking food prep area staffed by mumbling employees who barely acknowledge customers when they come in. Very creepy.

I recently made a mobile order. When I got there the sandwich hadn’t even been started. In fact, there weren’t any employees to be seen, behind the counter or in the restaurant. A minute later an employee walked out seemingly unaware an online order had been placed. But before he started it, he said he needed to put a bandaid on, which he did right at the COUNTER with the food! Once he finish preparing, I left with the sandwich and through it out. I tried to get a refund on Jimmy Johns website, I received a automated response but no one ever responded. I would avoid this Jimmy Johns.
