I recently made a mobile order. When I got there the sandwich hadn’t even been started. In fact, there weren’t any employees to be seen, behind the counter or in the restaurant. A minute later an employee walked out seemingly unaware an online order had been placed. But before he started it, he said he needed to put a bandaid on, which he did right at the COUNTER with the food! Once he finish preparing, I left with the sandwich and through it out. I tried to get a refund on Jimmy Johns website, I received a automated response but no one ever responded. I would avoid this Jimmy Johns.

I order a sub for pickup about once a week here...staff is normally ok and nice...food is typically ready...check your sub before u leave...today was the first time I've had a dry sandwich from this location (Granby St) def difficult eating turkey, cucumber and pickle sub with no mayonnaise...

Terrible service. Thought since it was around the corner form my hotel that it would be nice and easy. Paid an extra dollar to put two slice of cheese on my sandwich and they didn't even do it. They also gave me a hard time for asking for the stuff I paid for. Bad experience overall.

Ordered for the 1st time in months today. The food took about 30 mins to arrive. Food was made exactly like I ordered (I had customized some things) The delivery person was friendly and even though I said to call when they were downstairs, he delivered it to my office on 3rd floor. Oh, and the bread is so good.

2nd time ordering online from them. The 1st time it took them 45 mins to deliver my order. I had only a combo. I also put in the notes to have the driver call because im in a courthouse. He didnt. I saw from afar 45 mins after order, him talking to deputy seeing who ordered. If you read the ticket you would have saw but whatever. I decided to try them out again. Its currently 1:18pm as I write this review... I placed my order at 12:22pm and it has yet to be made. Mind you refreshed at least 10times waiting. I decided to call. A driver answered saying she'll just make and bring my order. Moral of the story.... definitely not freaky fast. Just dont order or walk next time... update. Its 1:38 and i just got my food. Sandwich isnt even that great. Just disappointed in every way.

Granby Street store. This place is very poorly run. We went in the just to get a drink. The young woman at the register was mean as a snake, and she left the register before the transaction was completed, leaving us hanging. I think she must be mentally ill, so probably not the best role for her. The place is kind of filthy. Isn"t this part of a chain? shouldn't there be standards?
Amazing food. Service is subjective. I love the food here it is just an absolute treat every single time I go here.

North military location Their logo has two stars; that's about right. This is what a $20 sandwich looks like (16 inch). Even if I were to ignore the fact the store didn't include bacon (as the menu indicated), it seems to be lacking in the lettuce, tomato and turkey areas too. Once the cost of side items were added (which I had to go back to get, as all weren't included in the carry-out order) this meal was $30. But, at least the employees were nice.

I have ordered from this particular Jimmy John’s several times. In the beginning, they were as advertised, “freaky fast”. But as of late, their delivery service has been “freaky horrible”. Just today, I ordered around 12:07 and didn’t receive my order until 1:39. They’ve never offered a refund, discount or lunch on them. Very dissatisfied.
