I’ve ordered from here many times and have never had a bad experience. They will call you if there is a major issue, and are incredibly kind. 100% recommend this location. Food is great too.
Finally a Jimmy Johns that has meat. I love this place. It’s clean and the employees are so sweet. The sandwich was so good & the bread was soft. Thank you guys. No complaints. 10/10

Obviously reading isn't required to construct sandwiches at this store. No TOMATOES mean zero, nada, nil...not just slap them on because it is a normal veggie sandwich item. Geez, how terrible.

I visited this store and was met by a very kind tall gentleman, I believe his name was Ashton. He was very helpful explaining the menu to me and was very knowledgeable with all things Jimmy John’s! The sandwich and chips were excellent! Thank you to Ashton and the folks over at this JJ location!
I just received my delivery order. I PURPOSELY called in my order. I asked for extra sauce and extra napkins. I even told the guy i wanted napkins because the last few times i ordered there, my food came without napkins. SAME THING HAPPENED TODAY. I love red wine vinegar on my sub. I hate oil but JJs combines oil & vinegar so you CANT have them separate, which i think is stupid. My sandwich was SATURATED in oil, to the point that it was dripping from the wrapped BEFORE i even open the sub. I had to use 4 sheets of paper towel to wipe off all the oil on the outside of yhe sandwich BEFORE I could even take a bite. Despite ALL THE OIL (SAUCE), there was BARELY a hint of red wine vinegar smh. I am highly upset and will NEVER order from this location again. I used to work for JJs so i know all the recipes and how the subs are supposed to taste. They dropped the ball on my order, from the improper vinegar to oil ratio of the sauce to the barely any lettuce on the sub and forgetting to put the napkins in the bag. Its safe to say that this crew doesn't understand the concept of ATTENTION TO DETAIL smh
