Finally a Jimmy Johns that has meat. I love this place. It’s clean and the employees are so sweet. The sandwich was so good & the bread was soft. Thank you guys. No complaints. 10/10

Obviously reading isn't required to construct sandwiches at this store. No TOMATOES mean zero, nada, nil...not just slap them on because it is a normal veggie sandwich item. Geez, how terrible.

I visited this store and was met by a very kind tall gentleman, I believe his name was Ashton. He was very helpful explaining the menu to me and was very knowledgeable with all things Jimmy John’s! The sandwich and chips were excellent! Thank you to Ashton and the folks over at this JJ location!

I just received my delivery order. I PURPOSELY called in my order. I asked for extra sauce and extra napkins. I even told the guy i wanted napkins because the last few times i ordered there, my food came without napkins. SAME THING HAPPENED TODAY. I love red wine vinegar on my sub. I hate oil but JJs combines oil & vinegar so you CANT have them separate, which i think is stupid. My sandwich was SATURATED in oil, to the point that it was dripping from the wrapped BEFORE i even open the sub. I had to use 4 sheets of paper towel to wipe off all the oil on the outside of yhe sandwich BEFORE I could even take a bite. Despite ALL THE OIL (SAUCE), there was BARELY a hint of red wine vinegar smh. I am highly upset and will NEVER order from this location again. I used to work for JJs so i know all the recipes and how the subs are supposed to taste. They dropped the ball on my order, from the improper vinegar to oil ratio of the sauce to the barely any lettuce on the sub and forgetting to put the napkins in the bag. Its safe to say that this crew doesn't understand the concept of ATTENTION TO DETAIL smh

I frequent Jimmy Johns whenever I travel, and in my hometown state, it’s one of my favorites. This particular site in Norfolk was one of the worst I’ve dealt with in regard to getting an order right and providing a quality sandwich. Not only did they get the order wrong, the roast beef was brown and did not smell right. Which I did not see until opening after I left the building. I went right back in to tell them what they gave me was not acceptable. They were unable to credit me correctly for my sandwich and I left without food, frustrated and cheated. Completely Incompetent.
I've purchased lunch at this particular store before and it was fair, nothing special. I haven't returned there until very recently. I'm a business owner who shares food with homeless folks in the area after work. Temps are high and i was in need of some ice for drinks. Two stores were out of ice and I was hoping to buy some from close by business. I politely asked of I might buy a small amount of ice and was told I could get a small cup. I explained my need for a bit more and was rudely referred to the 10 711's in at mile radius. (No sorry I can't help you would have been fine).I was aware had tried 711 and Dollar store who were out of ice, I turned to leave. This rude comment wasn't enough, he then added "On to the next one" in an extremely sarcastic and condescending manner. I don't know if his manner had anything to do with my ethnicity or the fact that I appeared to be on foot like many homeless folks. I parked far away due to the lot painting, There is no excuse for the attitude and way I was treated as I stepped into the lot I turned to see the associates gathered in a mocking way and I took a picture. The person I had interacted with was now waving at me. The place was empty when I walked in and it deserves to stay that way if this is how you treat people.

its extremely frustrating to order a sandwich and ask for extra veggies on your sandwich and get hardly any. Im scared to see what normal or EZ option would be. I also did not get extra oil and vinegar as requested. What is even going on here?
