I’m currently at Jimmy John’s and the service has been very disappointing. The young lady at the register seemed inexperienced and unprofessional — she didn’t repeat my order, tell me my total, or give me a receipt. I ordered an Unwich over 10 minutes ago and still haven’t received it. Everyone behind the counter is moving extremely slow, and it’s clear there’s a lack of coordination and urgency. Definitely not the “freaky fast” service Jimmy John’s is known for. 10/23/2025

I have been going to this Jimmy John's every week for almost 5 years as it is close to my office. The reason I keep going back is because it is clean, the sandwiches are fresh and made to order, and the employees are always friendly and professional. They remember my name, and my order; and I always receive, and leave, with a smile.

Customer service was shockingly unprofessional and aggressive. Cross contamination right in front of your eyes…no shame! I’d rather go to subway. Atleast I’ll get the sub I ordered and it doesn’t come with attitude or a spitball

Rude employees won’t refund money or remake incorrect food and WILL throw incorrect food in the trash and make you leave empty handed telling to “just call corporate” — STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

HORRIBLE PLACE. The woman made my sandwich incorrectly and I politely asked for a remake. No money back no free food, just simply remake my sandwich! She proceeded to THROW MY WRONG sandwich IN the TRASH and tell me to leave and call corporate. Mind you I didn’t get my money back.

What happened to me at this location? Yesterday was not only astounding but disgusting. I went to pick up lunch for my son and I to make a long story short. The sandwiches were incorrect. I took the sandwich back to the store. I was very patient and nice and told her that my sandwich had pickles on it and bacon, and I don’t eat those things and I didn’t order them. The shift leader began to argue with me About how I was wrong and she was right. I clearly had my receiving order since I ordered online and showed her that that wasn’t correct. She asked me to see the sandwich so I handed it to her which she proceeded to take my sandwich past the food. Safety barrier back to the deli, sat it down on the countertop where other people are making new sandwiches, which is against all kinds of safety codes. Then instead of giving me my sandwich bag, she threw it in the trash, told me she wasn’t gonna remake it and I wasn’t getting my money back and I could call corporate. I asked her if customer service was even important to her because in this day and age customer service Can make her break a company. I didn’t get rude with her or loud. I just kept asking her if I could speak to her manager and she said no I could call corporate. I asked her what her name was and she said I don’t have to tell you my name so I said you’re going to throw my sandwich away and not give me my money back so basically I paid for nothing. She said you’re getting nothing. I don’t care the way she spoke to me and treating me was not only horrendous but humiliating. She told me to leave the store before I proceeded to call corporate and because it’s a franchise I was supposed to get a phone call back from the area manager. It’s been 24 hours and I was told it was gonna take less than that, and I haven’t heard anything and I don’t plan on hearing anything. I just don’t understand why people don’t treat other people the way they would want to be treated. it’s not about the money. It’s not about the sandwich. It’s about the fact that you treated me like I did something wrong and I left confused and embarrassed. I’ve never been spoken to you that way by a shift leader before She said she didn’t care if I left a bad review and she didn’t care if I ever came back because other customers were also extremely upset about it. I couldn’t understand why she was doing that. They even tried to jump in and say something she wasn’t here she walked away. I tried to call the store today and was told the manager is not there again. I guess he doesn’t wanna speak to me. That’s OK. I will never go back to this location and I will tell my friends never to go to this location. I’m a marketer and I work around a lot of people where the mouse spreads fast. Kindness isn’t hard. It literally takes more energy to be that nasty.
