I frequently order delivery from another location to my home and I always get the BLT sub, toasted, with bread removed. I decided that I wanted Jimmy John's for lunch so I came to this location since it was close to my work. They refused to remove bread AND toast my sandwich, so I walked out and I will not drop another dime in this place.

Staff were very professional my cashier was Lanae and she also made my sub and as usual the sub was great because as we all know jimmy John’s have the best subs period!! I got the chicken bacon and ranch toasted sub and It was so so good I 100% recommend and guarantee satisfaction.

Went there yesterday 1/11/25. Only one person was working the cashier and making the sandwiches. Never again would i go here or recommend this place to anyone. On top of waiting for so long.. my sandwich was missing ingredients and lower than the minimal amount. I should have just stayed home and made my own sandwich. I'm mad i even paid for that crap.

I’ve come to this location for years and unfortunately the past few times the amount of food put on the bread is minimal. I’m disappointed and don’t often write negative reviews, but I’d like others know and hoping their management addresses this.
Never again, I recieved my sandwich with the thinnest and least amount of meat cheese etc. Waste of time and money.

Greedy on the ingredients. My sandwich was almost entirely cheese and lettuce. I also overheard a manager explaining their portioning system to a new employee, and pretty much the whole conversation was don't give them more food. Still hungry when I left $15 poorer.

On 10/17/24, I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap and received a nasty, greasy, oil-and-vinegar wrap containing shredded chicken (I believe), iceberg lettuce, and a few pieces of tomato. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap (described below) as is but without croutons. I also asked for a side of Ranch dressing, which would have been separate to the supposed Caesar dressing which was supposed to be on the wrap (so I could dip if it was dry). It was not supposed to have any oil and vinegar at all. There was no Parmesan cheese or anything else mentioned in the description for the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Here is THEIR description from the Jimmy Johns website.
“CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP CHICKEN, PARMESAN, Caesar dressing, mini croutons, ranch seasoning, lettuce, tomato, mayo, garlic & herb wrap
Your favorite salad sandwiched into a wrap. Made with all-natural chicken, shaved parmesean, and creamy caesar dressing and wrapped in a garlic-herb wrap. You'll want to eat every salad this way…”
(I was unable to upload that photo here but it is on their website and not at all what I received.) What I received, in a piece of paper which we figured out later said, “wrap” which normally had always had my name (Karena) on the wrapper and my friend’s first name was on her sandwich wrapper, as usual was a completely grease-soaked, mostly iceberg letter, about a half of a slice of tomato, and some shredded chicken (I believe -- but it was too gross to eat). The photos (which WILL go to their corporate office) depicted nothing at all like the one described on their website and contained NOTHING similar except for maybe the meat.
In the past, we had received sandwiches which were okay, sometimes not exactly right but edible and reasonably close to what we’d ordered – often missing mayonnaise or other standard ingredients listed on the website. Still, the manager who delivered was always so friendly and nice, and the younger delivery man was also nice. I thought he might be her son and complimented him on both their demeanor, and the lady had even hugged my coworker when she dropped the drink and went back to the store to get it, thanking us for always being so nice. We've been so nice to them, so appreciative, and tipped well. We were ordering directly from their location about once a week in the past month or so. The response I received was shameful. We were basically called liars and there was a refusal to make it right. The manager said she watched him make it. He made a wrap, obviously, but it was not mine. After refusing to bring me the right sandwich or to refund my money, I was told they would issue a store credit. Given the nasty way in which I/we were treated, I would not DARE expect them to be decent and honest enough for me to ever purchase from them again. I will be writing to their corporate office – even if they are a franchise. Photos will be sent to them so that they know the poor manner in which a customer is treated. That manager should be ashamed of herself. That wrap was nasty and it was clearly not what I ordered. Even after seeing the photo, she stuck to her story that it was the right sandwich … even though you can see the grease-soaked wrap and that it was clearly not a Caesar wrap. So disappointing.
