They apparently didn't go to Jimmy John's sandwich school. Bread was cut through on all 4 sandwiches and they didn't take the middle part of the bread out. Turns out, this makes the sandwiches really bad. I basically threw away a 50 dollar order because it was terrible food. I have never heard of a bad Jimmy's until today. Boo.

There are no adequate words to describe the abysmal customer service I received today. I placed an order for delivery. Approximately an hour and half after the order was placed, I attempted to make contact to check on the eta of our order. Our call went unanswered as were the four other calls I placed. After no answer I finally went to the store to pickup the sandwiches myself. At the time of my arrival my sandwiches hadn’t been started. My order was sitting in a large pile near the register amongst others. I asked if some sort of discount could be applied to my order for the inconvenience of not having delivery provided (even though I paid for it) and the untimely manner the sandwiches were prepared but the best they could do was to offer me a free sandwich or chips or cookie. Not only did I pay a delivery fee (a service I did not get) but the service I did get was awful. No one was interested in turning my experience around or offer a concession for the inconvenience I experienced (a discount on my current order and refund for the delivery fee at minimum). I think this may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Late afternoon and the family decided they were in the mood for subs. Jimmy John’s was close by so we went to this location to place our order. With family members in the restaurant business, the first thing we noticed about the shop was how immaculate and well tended it was. The sandwiches had very fresh vegetables and meats - that after eaten the sandwiches at home, we called the store to thank them for such a delicious meal. Could not be more pleased with the shop, food and customer service. We Will Be Back !!! The cleanliness really impressed us.
Vegetarian options: I was able to get a custom sub with only the veggie ingredients that I wanted. Subs are made in full view of customers. Veggies were lovely, fresh and crisp - flavorful.

I placed my order for the free sub day and was told among others that they will not give us the promotion offer and to take it up with corporate because unless we can get the promotion offer to work at that moment in store infront of their face which is impossible because the deal is deal and already placed mobile order then they won’t give us anything and would have to pay full price and we very argument I’ve about The whole situation manager is Indian and wants to be a cheap piece of work and has a young black guy giving attitude as well with him smh. #LETSBANJIMMYJOHNS

I usually order jimmy johns for my go to delivery for my lunch to my job because I can't leave to and get something and don't want to pay doordash prices to have soemthing delivered so jimmy johns was perfect, about 6-8 months ago I ordered with jimmy johns a cash order FORD DELIVERY and AFTER my sandwich is made they decide to call me and tell they don't have a delivery driver...I was like okay no delivery driver today whatever, they tell me I can come pick it up. I tell them I can't I am at my job. And they tell me to cancel it. And I was like alright I went to do that and funny I CANT because they already accepted and made the sandwich if you knew you didnt have a delivery driver why didnt you call the customer first...so I called them back and told them they have to do it, because I can't. The employee he clearly sounded like he didn't know what he was doing said okay. For MONTHS the order was still sitting in my jimmy johns account because no one canceled it. I don't know if it still is. I'm lucky it was the cash option otherwise I would have lost money on thay forever pending order. I've been calling frequently for the past 6-8 months just to see if there is a delivery driver even employed there to deliver a freaking sandwich. And everytime i call no one can give me a straight answer. They just say they dont have a driver TODAY no word as to when they might or why or nothing I work 1.9 miles away this is irritating. Can anyone tell me if delivery is available at this location like damn. It sure freaking says it does deliver on google!

Wow! Talk about skimping on meat. The bacon on this sandwich is REALLY lacking! Tomatoes are tiny, and have slime on them. Yeah won't order from here again.

I asked to speak to the manager. She said... I AM the manager. Fair enough, while owner is away, the manager will play. I will not be returning.

I love this store, its always clean and the staff is amazing... UNTIL...last evening(9.10.24) close to 8pm. When I arrived there was a man on his cell outdoors. As I entered the store he followed. There was a young man working alone, cleaning. Not one time did he acknowledge me. The man who followed me inside worked there also. He went behind the counter began talking to the young man & they both went to the back. They come back and they are smiling and the younger guy continues with the trash. I ask the older man if they were open(now I'm pissed) he says, yes until 9pm, then goes back to his phone. I look like what in the H***, AM I MADE OUT OF GLASS??? Still not one offered to help me. I say to the older guy, I will come back another time, he says ok... Little does he know I will be calling and commenting on google. I cant give the store bad ratings on their food or service over his behavior but if I ever go there and he is there, I will walk out!!! Nor will I allow the young man to service me!!
