Late afternoon and the family decided they were in the mood for subs. Jimmy John’s was close by so we went to this location to place our order. With family members in the restaurant business, the first thing we noticed about the shop was how immaculate and well tended it was. The sandwiches had very fresh vegetables and meats - that after eaten the sandwiches at home, we called the store to thank them for such a delicious meal. Could not be more pleased with the shop, food and customer service. We Will Be Back !!! The cleanliness really impressed us.
Vegetarian options: I was able to get a custom sub with only the veggie ingredients that I wanted. Subs are made in full view of customers. Veggies were lovely, fresh and crisp - flavorful.

I placed my order for the free sub day and was told among others that they will not give us the promotion offer and to take it up with corporate because unless we can get the promotion offer to work at that moment in store infront of their face which is impossible because the deal is deal and already placed mobile order then they won’t give us anything and would have to pay full price and we very argument I’ve about The whole situation manager is Indian and wants to be a cheap piece of work and has a young black guy giving attitude as well with him smh. #LETSBANJIMMYJOHNS

I usually order jimmy johns for my go to delivery for my lunch to my job because I can't leave to and get something and don't want to pay doordash prices to have soemthing delivered so jimmy johns was perfect, about 6-8 months ago I ordered with jimmy johns a cash order FORD DELIVERY and AFTER my sandwich is made they decide to call me and tell they don't have a delivery driver...I was like okay no delivery driver today whatever, they tell me I can come pick it up. I tell them I can't I am at my job. And they tell me to cancel it. And I was like alright I went to do that and funny I CANT because they already accepted and made the sandwich if you knew you didnt have a delivery driver why didnt you call the customer first...so I called them back and told them they have to do it, because I can't. The employee he clearly sounded like he didn't know what he was doing said okay. For MONTHS the order was still sitting in my jimmy johns account because no one canceled it. I don't know if it still is. I'm lucky it was the cash option otherwise I would have lost money on thay forever pending order. I've been calling frequently for the past 6-8 months just to see if there is a delivery driver even employed there to deliver a freaking sandwich. And everytime i call no one can give me a straight answer. They just say they dont have a driver TODAY no word as to when they might or why or nothing I work 1.9 miles away this is irritating. Can anyone tell me if delivery is available at this location like damn. It sure freaking says it does deliver on google!

Wow! Talk about skimping on meat. The bacon on this sandwich is REALLY lacking! Tomatoes are tiny, and have slime on them. Yeah won't order from here again.

I asked to speak to the manager. She said... I AM the manager. Fair enough, while owner is away, the manager will play. I will not be returning.

I love this store, its always clean and the staff is amazing... UNTIL...last evening(9.10.24) close to 8pm. When I arrived there was a man on his cell outdoors. As I entered the store he followed. There was a young man working alone, cleaning. Not one time did he acknowledge me. The man who followed me inside worked there also. He went behind the counter began talking to the young man & they both went to the back. They come back and they are smiling and the younger guy continues with the trash. I ask the older man if they were open(now I'm pissed) he says, yes until 9pm, then goes back to his phone. I look like what in the H***, AM I MADE OUT OF GLASS??? Still not one offered to help me. I say to the older guy, I will come back another time, he says ok... Little does he know I will be calling and commenting on google. I cant give the store bad ratings on their food or service over his behavior but if I ever go there and he is there, I will walk out!!! Nor will I allow the young man to service me!!

The new owners have ruined this location. The portions are smaller than any other store I go to, and the employees don't receive tips, rather the owner keeps them.
Food and service is normally great. However the past 2 visits I’ve noticed a (possibly newer) and younger employee never change his gloves between preparing meat, using the POS, drink machine and then worst of all his phone and then right back to slicing roast beef. I think the managers/owners need to do some more FoodSafe training with staff. Freaky, not fast.

My husband and I agreed to get some Jimmy Johns food from this Norfolk Virginia location yesterday (close to the Little Creek Navy Base). My husband chose the Billy goat sandwich with white bread and enjoyed his sandwich. I chose the Mediterranean Feast theme option that comes with the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap (I think it was a spinach tortilla wrap)and Pita chips with hummus and I found the food to be nourishing. The employees handling our sandwich orders took eager interest in ensuring we had what was ordered.

We came in about 7:30 tonight. There was one person behind the counter, 1 customer in-store already eating. We ordered two turkey toms with no tomato add provolone cheese. We waited TWENTY minutes for two sandwiches. While waiting two cars ordered through drive-thru and were prioritized over us in-store customers. Upon arriving home, we realized that one sub had NO TURKEY. It was just cheese, tomato (which was supposed to be removed), lettuce and mayo ... The other sandwich had no cheese as ordered. Absolute worst JJ experience i've had to date.
