So good. Address might need to be updated. But customer service is amazing and the cupcakes I got were strawberry crunch and red velvet. They were so moist and delicious I had to fight off my husband and child from eating them. I will 100% be back.

Owner was very kind. I loved the variety of different flavors. Just know this is not a seated bakery. It's a shared space with whole-ly rollers bakery and upon walking in you can smell the fresh cinnamon buns. The cupcakes were delicious and moist.

What made me stop going here :1. My first time I came in I was on chill mode , just making a quick snack run. Cupcakes were good ok boom ---------> came back and the owner said "glad u came in looking decent today".<---------- Gave her benefit of the doubt but rubbed me the wrong way!!! Regardless if I had on a hat, coat, and sweats or not that was nothing u say to your customer . Plus it was cold outside. I read other ppl facial expressions when she said that and it read " I cant believe she just said that." OUT OF LINE2. sometimes I would come in and she ( owner) would look me right in my face and not speak . Then would walk over " how can I help u". The bakery is not that big. U should greet all of yourcustomers from the moment they walk in the door (RUDEE)3. This past weekend I asked her about ordering the bananna pudding cake . She pulled out her phone and a lady said to herThe other lady : u making sure u pull out that phone huh?Her: o nah. Im just making sure I dont misquote. Because they gonna pay what they gonna pay regardless . (COCKY)NO MAM NOT I . NOT ANYMORE!!! I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER COMING THERE SOMETIMES 4 TIMES A WEEK !!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!Thats the problem with black owned buiz they get a couple of loyal customers and their head get too big.When I first told someone at work about the first situation.Me : the cupcakes good buuutttCoworker: idc how good the cupcakes are u dont let nobody come out their mouth sideways to u WHILE SPENDING YOUR MONEY.Overall the owner has a slick mouth and u cant b that way as a buiz owner because u can run your customers away. We actually use ksquared for ALL our cakes. She can take just a few words and pictures and turn your cake into everything you asked for! Truly impressed and will continue to call her first

I couldn’t attend my brother’s surprise 65th birthday party due to COVID so I asked for recommendations from some friends for a bakery that would deliver in the area & K Squared was among them. I decided to go with her to support as a sorority sister and I’m so glad I did! From initial outreach to payment to coordinating delivery to my nephew on party day her customer service was seamless. When the cupcakes hit the table as dessert at the dinner they were a huge hit, my phone was ringing off the hook about how delicious they were! Thanks for making me feel like a part of the festivities from far away K Squared!
