Fantastic KFC!! Great staff: polite, gracious, and fast with service. Chauncey cooking up sumptuous chicken and pot pies like Big Mama used to do. Ate there twice so far this week and the place keeps getting better. Y'all Rock!!💯✌️👍

I don't often leave reviews on Google. But I must do this time. I found a feather full of wings in my chicken pieces.... I could see the multiple feathers sticking out of my wing pieces, and it just was super gross..... I never had this kind of cross wing pieces ever in my life. It is the most horrible and scary piece of chicken ever in my life.

Tried to go during business hours was told business was closed at 1135am on 7/10/25. Door were locked so went through drive trough and someone greeted us asked us to order when ready then a lady came across speaker and said they were closed

It took them 30 minutes to take my order they was at the windows talking to someone I rode around and back to the line just to see why it was taking so long for someone to even acknowledge me finally I ordered and they at the wi dow playing around got the order wrong. Would definitely not recommend

Upon entering the establishment the atmosphere was not welcoming. The cashier was very unprofessional and he decided to argue with my grandmother about correct change. He didn't even apologize after the manager corrected him. The manager was also lethargic and lackadaisical. This type of behavior and service is a significant departure of the conduct I would expect of KFC employees. I recommend Retraining or termination for the entire facility.

We went to this KFC around 11 PM — they’re supposed to be open until 12. We tried to place an order, but they told us they only had two pieces of chicken left and wouldn’t be making any more. How does a chicken place run out of chicken an hour before closing… and not make more?
If you’re open until midnight, you should be able to serve customers until then — or at least let people know ahead of time that the kitchen is shutting down early. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive through and the lady at the window was not very engaging. The food was good.
I placed an order at 10:50 the restaurant closes at 12pm. When I went to pickup the order I was told that they only had tenders and fries. I asked why would they allow me to place a full order for product they don’t have. The rude employee told me he doesn’t control the app. I requested to speak with the manager he stated that was him. I reminded him that being the manager means he may not have control over the app he does have control over what happens at his store and that his decision to cook nothing but tenders with an hour left before closing time shows a complete lack of regard for his guest or the company. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. This manager has to be the worst excuse for a manager I’ve ever seen. It’s no wonder why KFC is closing stores in the United States.

They never give you your correct order..ever. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. And most times the oil the chicken is fried in must be very old. Don't go there. I'm surprised they have even 3 stars. They are also re cooking the chicken after it's been sitting in the rack for who knows how long. I will most likely call the health department.
