I have been to this KFC on and off over the last 10 years. I have stopped going twice because of the attitude of the staff. The last time, when I used the soda fountain, it would not stop running. It spilled out onto the floor. I reported it to the cashier and she could care less. We ordered the pot pie. There were no spoons in the bag or on the counter. I could not get anyone to come to the counter to help me. The atmosphere created by the cashier was terrible. I like KFC, but I am not going back to this one again. Good luck staying jn business.

Sensor broken at drive thru so if you dont see the tiny sign you will just sit there. The speaker you can barely hear them. Probably up there with the worst customer service and wait I have ever had at any fast food location. NO ONE in the store OR in drive thru line. Still a 10 to 15 minute wait and the employee at the window tells you they'll be with you in a minute. No napkins. Missing an ordered item. When I still said thank you the employee just said a-huh. Will never go back and see why the ratings are so low. Im all for $15 an hour or minimum wage raise/liveable wages but not with service like that.

WHY DONT TOU JUST SHUT IT DOWN? It's more than obvious that the staff doesn'twant to be there let alone WORK. I pulled up to the store to pick up two doordash orders. No drive through line, no line inside either. One other person infront of me, they place their order and we both wait for 5 minutes before the cashier informs us that the biscuits will be ready in ten minutes. The restaurant parking lot is filled with trash and the dining room smells like a urinal. I wouldnt visit this location again even if they had a free fountain of youth.

They never have chicken ready. Always out of what you order and when the drive thru is not working they didn’t put a sign up to let customers know. I think this is the worse location.

Everytime I ask for extra crispy there's always an excuse. The workers always have attitude. Tonight was definitely my lastnight ever in life going to this location. Food was disgusting.

Absolutely worst experience in a kfc I've ever had. They took over an hour to make a little bit of food, when they said they gave Mac n cheese to replace the famous bowl it was the smallest portion they could, the employees were preferring to talk to each other and another customer than to do their jobs, and the food was just nasty, if I could rate 0 stars I would, we will never be coming back, thank God for cookout.

Ordered 12 piece nugget meal for boys and 8 piece original family meal to share with wife. Lady was honest on long wait time, while waiting for order another employee let me know they had plenty of extra crispy available and got me a mix match so I didn’t have to wait as long. Food was good, staff was honest and upfront.
Really had a taste for some kfc ( my dad loved ). I was beyond disappointed! The chicken had to be over 5,6 hours old. The fries barely warm. Throw the whole meal away! Nasty.

Apparently the monitors weren't working when I went in for lunch. Instead of having a sign on the door saying that, the rude woman in the front simply said “doordash only!“ after watching me stand there and wait. Trifling, I'll never come back here.

I hate leaving negative reviews, so I do feel bad saying this. The mac and cheese was cold, it’s like they didn’t even check it or properly reheat it. They were out of so much and took a bit less than half an hour to heat up something with NOBODY else in the restaurant. Also, the workers were rude and had absolutely no niceness or proper customer service attitudes. I understand having a bad day, but you can at least be kind to customers and talk properly/nicely.
