I rarely eat fried foods but had a craving for some chicken when I left work today. I stopped at this KFC and ordered the 2piece original recipe dark meat meal. When I opened it after I got home 15 minutes later, the two pieces of chicken were old, not fresh, and the piece that was supposed to be the thigh was a very dry, inedible piece of white meat. The biscuit was delicious. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. The name should be KDC - Kentucky DRIED Chicken.

I'm sure the location is okay but just don't go for food after 9pm. I wanted some fresh, extra crispy chicken and mash potatoes. That's what I ordered, but my food was not fresh. My mashed potatoes tasted like plastic. Wish was sad because KFC is usually my to go for chicken or chicken strips.

Took s trip back to KFC and got the #9 chicken sandwich big box which is a nice size and hot which I like. So they did well

Tried to order a single combo and was told there’s a 10 minute wait on nuggets??? Employees clearly didn’t want to lift a finger. No way it takes that long. I’ll go to Chic Fil A around the corner.

1130AM placed order at speaker. When I got to the window they took my card, then another employee rudely states " we ain't go no chicken" huh?

I was the only customer waited 10 minutes before anyone took my order was told from a distance it was 6 min on chicken I said okay then the manager on duty kept saying 30 min on chicken on her microphone. So I asked how long is it really the guy said 3 min now, but she said 30 min like 3 more times. They were all cleaning as I waited but they had 2.5 hours before closing, 3 more customers came in no one greeted them either, then he asked one if it was a mobile order he said yes fixed his order then was walking away I asked if I found place order he took it then walked away. As she was saying 20 min on chicken. The chicken was done by then. It took me 20 to get my food when I was told 6 min on chicken no one in drive thru. But they were busy cleaning while customers waited for Service.
