If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was soo horrible that my wife and I were dumbfounded. The cashier was eating while trying to take our order, other staff members were arguing at the back, the shift supervisor was dismissive of our concerns. The food was salty and oily fries were cold and dry, coleslaw smelt rotten, was unable to eat most of the food. The store area was unkempt and the outside of the store was unpleasant. Definitely will not be back. Disappointing.

I ordered a door dash order for me from Kfc and I received small poor quality pieces of chicken with 2 pieces of very dry biscuits and dry potatoes in a container. I really don't understand how anyone was charged for this product. If there's any available manager on duty please properly train your staff on how to properly fulfill an order. Thank you so much and I won't be ordering ever again from Kfc on 3690 Sewells Point Road in Norfolk Virginia 23513. Please read this before ordering anything from this location. Order a delivery and this was the location the service sent it to. Placed the order at 5:13pm and it was not delivered until almost 7pm because the driver was at the location waiting on the food for over an hour! I tried calling the store and no one would answer the phone. When the food arrived it was not even good. Contacted the delivery service and they were unwilling to resolve the issue to satisfaction and I am waiting to hear back from KFC corporate.
I have ordered here twice, both times my order was screwed up and I did not get what I ordered. Tonight I ordered chicken legs/drumsticks and got wings instead. The person taking my order repeated back to me wings (instead of legs) so I corrected her and she acknowledged the correction - then she gave me wings anyway.

On 12/28/24 the service was horrible! The crew kept "parking" every order at 7pm. While speaking very Clearly, the drive thru worker kept asking me to repeat what I wanted! The wait was 10+ mins for a TacoBell.
