Disgusting experience here. Was waiting at the drive thru here for 20 minutes - no cars in front of me. I pull around and no one is working, they are just screaming and having a good ol time in there. I asked them can I order at the window since they couldn’t take my order for 20 minutes back at the speaker and they said no with a smile and shut the door. I was here October 6 at 6:20pm. That lady at the window has terrible customer service. Went to McDonald’s instead and it was quicker and way more simpler with a longer line!!! Only 5 minutes.
Will never be at this location again, needs new management

Had to go inside bc drive through said they had 2 big orders- so we came inside. It was a wait but it was worth it. Patience is a virtue. The manager on duty - and staff working they tails off. You can tell. I appreciate them. Thanks bc I drove from the one close to my house off Military Hwy. who said they had one grill and was out of food. Thanks Ladies!

I know they having a hard time getting people to work there but the people that work there are not very happy and my food was cooked old oil and every time I go I have to wait forever to place an order or even pick up a mobile order. After a while that gets old. They need to send their people to be trained where Chick-fil-A sends their people you'll never have this problem in Chick-fil-A

Went there and they didn't have anything but soft and hard tacos. Didn't have pot pies. Closes at midnight yet at 11:32 nobody is here to take an order. Definitely a big thumbs down.

The service in the drive thru sucked baddd yesterday. The guy asked us to wait before ordering, after sitting for quite some time I started wondering if he forgot us. I guess he heard me talking about it and decided he would take the order. Then after repeating my order back to him bcuz he kept saying it wrong he said he had it and continued to repeat it wrong..so we just took what he rung up..smh..customer service is nothing like it used to be!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was soo horrible that my wife and I were dumbfounded. The cashier was eating while trying to take our order, other staff members were arguing at the back, the shift supervisor was dismissive of our concerns. The food was salty and oily fries were cold and dry, coleslaw smelt rotten, was unable to eat most of the food. The store area was unkempt and the outside of the store was unpleasant. Definitely will not be back. Disappointing.
