Between drive thru dining in and ordering, I have yet to have a good experience with this restraint. Out of common food items hours before closing, dirty interior, rude staff, incorrectly bagged orders. Take your pick, this place isn't worth the frustration gained or the money spent to eat at.

I visited this location around 1:32pm on 7/31/25. I ordered drive thru. I purchased the 7 dollar fill up Chicken tenders. The Lady who took my money was very rude and seems as if she didn't want to be at work. I gave her a $20 and she never gave me a total. I recieved my change in which she shoves the money in my hand and rolled her eyes also i didn't receive a receipt. I looked for her name she wasn't wearing a name tag and clothes didn't look tidy. I will not patronize this location anymore. If she don't like dealing with the public this isn't the Job for her. Customer Service can go along way.

Ordered 3 piece big box all white with Mac and cheese and green beans and a 5 piece tender big box double coleslaw...got home and got 2 5 piece big box with 2 mash potatoes and 2 Mac and cheese...why ordered if u are going to give us what the hell YOU want??? Been calling all evening and no answer...sent corporate an email as well...just ridiculous

Rude people, nasty food, expensive food. Get ready to drop a small fortune, pre-covid you could get a 20 piece bucket meal for 20$. Now we are sitting at 34$ for AN 8 PIECE MEAL. Times are crazy, and you bet your sweet bippie KFC is going to take full advantage of that fact to make money off you. Stay safe y'all.

The $10 chicken was extra salty. I ate half of it and tossed the rest in the trash. I was sick for 3 days after. I only eat once a day, so I knew exactly what made me ill. The chicken batter was wet. The chicken tasted like it was left in the cleaning water. It was not fresh tasting at all. I've eaten from several KFC restaurants in my lifetime. I've even worked for one in my teenage years. This was the worst chicken I've ever experienced. Overall I give it a zero. I am now afraid to eat anymore chicken from this franchise. My love for KFC has now been ruined. I have been traumatized for life.

After a certain time at night they don't serve certain food items and have a limited menu. Found this out by trying to order fries and was told they were out and would not be serving anymore that night.

This KFC is definately doing things right. The staff is prompt, curteous, freindly, and well organized. All the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The establishment is nice and clean. I wish the one closer to home was ran like this.
Put in an Uber eats order. Received the bag with the right name tag on it but it had the wrong contents. Even with pictures Uber eats refuses to give me back my money due to this being an error on the restaurant. Your employees need to learn to read and triple check orders before bagging and sealing them.
Terrible service at the drive thru. When asked her name, she just turned around. Obviously, this isn't someone you need to have greeting customers. She didn't listen to order and when asked...said I'm talking to a co-worker. Good help must be hard to find these days! Thank goodness I can report this higher up, because one never knows who knows someone in KFC corporate office.

We ordered 8 PC original bucket with 1 cole slaw, 1 potato and gravy. We arrived home without the potato and gravy. The chicken was dry and we are both feeling greased out, sickly. KFC lunch leftovers should not be sold.
