Put in an Uber eats order. Received the bag with the right name tag on it but it had the wrong contents. Even with pictures Uber eats refuses to give me back my money due to this being an error on the restaurant. Your employees need to learn to read and triple check orders before bagging and sealing them.
Terrible service at the drive thru. When asked her name, she just turned around. Obviously, this isn't someone you need to have greeting customers. She didn't listen to order and when asked...said I'm talking to a co-worker. Good help must be hard to find these days! Thank goodness I can report this higher up, because one never knows who knows someone in KFC corporate office.

We ordered 8 PC original bucket with 1 cole slaw, 1 potato and gravy. We arrived home without the potato and gravy. The chicken was dry and we are both feeling greased out, sickly. KFC lunch leftovers should not be sold.
Don't waste your time going to this location. Either they don't have any chicken, which is wild. System down or just not taking orders. It's always something. Just avoid the N. Military location altogether. You're wasting time and gas going here!

Made pick up order in the app, and it shows ready to pick up, the girl told me it’s not cooked yet, need another 20mins! I’m the only customer here! Didn’t Operation hour 10 to 11pm, locked the door at 10pm. Got the order after 25mins wait
Each time I go here. There’s always something not available, or nothing available for 30+ minutes…. Been here four times. Just now I tried to go there and I can’t get a famous bowl because they don’t have the nuggets for it, after they told me 15 minutes prior that nothing will be available for 20 minutes

To go into this store it was crazy we don't have no chicken sandwiches, no pot pies, It is ridiculous with the fast food businesses that they can not even keep them clean and to have what is on the menu. Very Sad.
