They were so rude didnt care about any coustmers just they were busy gave me food that sat waiting for 15 mins. I adked for my money back because i didnt want old food and the manger ingored me untill i got loud . tamura you are rude and disrespectful didnt want to give me a receipt ishe walked away i had to take my receipt my self and she tried to grab it back. Every time we go to the store at 5points it is a bad experience. Never again!

The Manger Banning, Vanning! whatever his name is was rude and unprofessional he doesnt know how to properly count and pack an order.I called back and told him he shorted me on my order and he wanted to go back and forth with me.Someone needs a refresher on customer service and care and while your at it multicultural training as well.That will be the last time I will ever make a purchase from that store!

I went through the drive thru....after ordering as I approached the window the cashier informed me KFC was out of parts of chicken that's comes with the combo I ordered.I let him know any substitute will do as long as I didn't have to pay extra. I was thanked with a smile and received my food pretty quick. Drove off .Three stop lights later checked my food..mac n cheese missing. Hey but my Coleslaw was there. Wait no eating utensils. Has to get back in drive thru line ?

Staff was pleasant and accurate. They got our order correct. I give the staff five stars the food three. The colonel's chicken has declined on quality. But again, cudos to the staff. Very nice and helpful.

Slow slow slow! I was told there was a 13 minute wait which I had no problem with. However I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Never again!

Terrible/waste of money!! Ordered a 4 piece meal, w/mashed potatoes&gravy, biscuits, with a side of cole slaw. No mashed potatoes and gravy, the chicken was terrible. The chicken appeared to of been cooked twice and with rancid oil.
