Spoke with a manager less than 1 minute ago, got greeted over the phone by a young lady and when i asked to speak to a manager she left me on speaker where she then mocked me over the phone like an idiot, when i spoke to the manager he did not care. This all started because i asked for sweet tea and when i tasted it i said it was flavored and the lady who was at the window; same lady who answered the phone, she said “oh well that’s what came out the machine so that’s just what it is” So she basically just admitted that they don’t regularly clean their machines which is disgusting . They’re rude, Unsanitary, and ignorant. What a crazy experience. Don’t eat here, For real i’m trying to save you all from food poisoning or worse. There’s no way the health department deemed this place food safe.

This is the second time this month. My husband went to the KFC on Ocean view Avenue. I personally haven’t eaten at KFC in over 10 years. I have always found their chicken to be super greasy over salted the last time I ate there. There was so much salt in the chicken. I might as well just open my mouth and dumped a container of salt in there. And the size of the chicken you get used to be a decent size but now they’re so tiny as you can see in the pic I have very small hands and that’s a leg in there. I would say this came from a juvenile chicken. For the eight dollars I paid for this meal I could’ve went to Bojangles and gotten huge pieces of chicken which is my preferred place to go for chicken. I told my husband please don’t ever buy from KFC again only Bojangles.

I placed a mobile order on 6-4. Was told to pull forward and when I got to the window was told I had to come in for mobile order and they were too busy to hand me my order. When I parked my car to go inside and get my order I proceeded to see 4 of your employees outside smoking weed. I came in and stood at the counter until 1 of the 4 people outside came in to hand me my food. The one dealing with my food smelled like bong water. And when I told the person handling my food when I am told it’s too busy to take 10 seconds to hand me my order maybe not have half the staff outside smoking pot. When I was told they were off the clock two of the 4 I saw came in to clock in for their shift. Every time I order at this location there’s an issue last week half my order was messed up and I got hung up on when I called about it. If your staff is coming to work stoned and smoking weed directly outside the facility maybe make sure their customer service is on par and food isn’t trash. This is this worst kfc in the area.

Front end is completely unattended. You either have to shout, or just happen to be there when their Doordash order alert goes off, so they'll even notice you're there. When my order was up, back-end crew literally threw it. It took about ten minutes to flag someone down and even figure out that was my food in the bag laying on its side with the sporks.

Asked for a mac and cheese bowl, which is listed on the website, didn't have it so they just gave me a famous bowl without asking or telling me the Mac and cheese bowl doesn't exist. Store doesn't do refunds. Thanks for assuming what I wanted and then giving me another thing not allowing for refunds. Place never changes. Always bad service, has been this way for 10+ years.

As of 3/16/2025 at 2:00 pm this restaurant needs to replace the employee making the Taco Bell meals. I ordered a veggie Power bowl and it only came with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and that was it. My chicken Cantina was missing its black beans so was the veggie bowl was missing. It’s black beans as well and rice and tomatoes and other vegetables. Seems this location can never get it together. West Ocean View location

Went 2/2/25 at 5 pm. Went through drive threw.. manger and female employee screaming and yelling at each other!! So loud I couldn't understand the employee!! This went on while I was waiting for my food. Org chicken had no seasoning and tasted rancid! Threw it out!! When I ask d too speak too manger I got told no. There's too much going on!! I eat there several times a week. I no longer cook. So maybe I need too go elsewhere,!!!!
