As of 3/16/2025 at 2:00 pm this restaurant needs to replace the employee making the Taco Bell meals. I ordered a veggie Power bowl and it only came with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and that was it. My chicken Cantina was missing its black beans so was the veggie bowl was missing. It’s black beans as well and rice and tomatoes and other vegetables. Seems this location can never get it together. West Ocean View location

Went 2/2/25 at 5 pm. Went through drive threw.. manger and female employee screaming and yelling at each other!! So loud I couldn't understand the employee!! This went on while I was waiting for my food. Org chicken had no seasoning and tasted rancid! Threw it out!! When I ask d too speak too manger I got told no. There's too much going on!! I eat there several times a week. I no longer cook. So maybe I need too go elsewhere,!!!!

I haven't eaten at KFC since June 2020, on N. Military Hwy, Norfolk VA. My bill was $44.00 and some change. The chicken (original) is burnt. Biscuits hard as rocks. This is BS. Don't waste your money.

Huge dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your store on 12/18/2024 around 630pm.
First, the store was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Secondly, the behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional. Not only was i ignored multiple times when asking about my order, the employee at the front counter also left her post to sit in the back to eat french fries and also loudly complained to the manager about the customers waiting at the counter.
To make matters worse the manager then came out and displayed a lack of professionalism by yelling and behaving as though they lack basic customer service skills.
Such inexcusable behavior!!!

Don't waste your time with this place just needs to close down. Food was nasty completely tastes old and greasy . Management should be fired, it's totally ridiculous that these people want higher wages when they don't even care about people's food. People need to start boycotting these fast food places charging 40-50$ for trash and top of that our order was wrong lol. Just Trash.

I am a physically disabled woman and I ordered my dinner online, I came to the drive thru to pick up my meal and the young girl with pink braids would not give it to me. I called 7x to speak to a manager and was hung up on. There was a guy un a green hoodie who said to pull in a spot and he would bring it to me and then he didn't. It's been over an hour since my food was ordered and I'm sitting in the drive thru again as I type to beg them for my food that is paid for. What kind of employees treat people this way? What is the online ordering for? I am not doordash etc I was picking up my own food. This is the ONLY KFC that gives me an issue but it's the closest to my home.Foid was ordered at 6:08pm and after pulling back around the 2bd time and sitting in the drive thru I said please 6x to the lady to allow me pick up my food,then I heard the same guys voice say oh my bad pull around and at 7:21pm I was given my order! UNBELIEVABLE! Order no 227663575

Just seems like the counter staff did not really care to be there. Basically swung bag out at customer in front of me. With things falling out and did not try to fix. Then acted alittle upset when I asked for jelly. I mean come on. If you don't wanna work then just go home.

You guys really need to get your stuff together. Ordered an unsweetened iced tea a few weeks ago and it was sweetened. They wouldn’t take it back at the window, even though I ordered it through the drive-through and the young boy working at the window, said rudely I have to throw it away and get rid of it myself and turned his back towards me. The second time I came, I thought, I’ll give them another chance. There were no napkins, there were no utensils, and I was on the road with coleslaw without a way to eat it! The tenders were tiny, and the biscuit was so small it was hard to justify the $11.00 I just spent there.
If you’re the owner reading this, change comes when people have good leadership, not having utensils for a to-go meal is ludicrous. It should not be hard to get napkins into a bag either. Take your restaurant seriously and start training these kids and adults better.
