They told me kfc closed at 11pm on a saturday night 12/21/25

I placed an order through the app and was able tk complete my purchase. I get to the drive through and they say kfc is closed. Only taco bell at this time. However the kfc app said its open.

These people are beyond trash. I asked, when do you guys close and some lady goes “now” after I already placed an order through an app and it had been confirmed. I hope this whole establishment is bull dozed.

This place is horrible. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even helped me, and that person just came in. She didn't even work the chicken side she worked the taco bell side, finally I placed my order. Paod extra for 2 breastfeeding that wasn't part of the meal, and didn't get them. Got home, the chicken was burnt, wedges were burnt, biscuits were still. Just horrible, and I like KFC very much.

This was by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.
I placed an order through the app — it showed the store as open and my order as ready for pickup. I went there, only to be told that they were not serving KFC orders, only Taco Bell.

I explained that the app confirmed my order was ready, but they refused to help or even process a refund. I ended up losing my lunch break, my time, and my money because they never refunded me. I even tried to get Uber to contact KFC for confirmation that the order was never received, but the store never cooperated.

The employee at the counter was rude and arrogant, joking around and chatting with other customers while I stood there waiting for help. When I finally left, he even yelled offensive things at me as I walked out to my truck.

Completely unacceptable behavior.
This location should be reviewed by KFC corporate — it’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and dishonest.

I go here for the Taco Bell, but it doesn't register in the Taco Bell app so I can't order ahead and pay. Fix it and I'll add another star.

Not only did the manager butcher my name again after I corrected him, the employees seemed to act as if I was not in the room when my food was ready. I waited an extra 5-10 minutes to actually be given my food because everyone was goofing off in the kitchen and no one was even paying attention to the counter

Just disorganized. We got their and one guys was waiting to put his order in for 10 minutes. What's even worse is that we ordered after him and got our order before he did. Their were 9 teenagers in front of the restaurant smoking Marijuana. The cashier was outside with the young guys before she came in ad took any orders. Very sketchy. And the service was lacking.

i went by the W. Ocean View location on my way home and ordered 2 Classic Chicken sandwiches and 2 Cheesy Double Beef Burritos, in about 5 minutes a girl came to the counter announcing 2 Classic Chicken sandwiches so i took them and inquired about my Burritos, she looked and confirmed that they were on the screen but, no one else seemed to get the order. After another 10 minutes or so, i got my Burritos and drove home. Upon arriving home and settling in for dinner I took a bite of my Classic Chicken sandwich only to discover it was loaded with spicy sauce as was the other one. i drove back to the KFC to correct my order and discovered that they had run out of mayonnaise and didn't want to send the sandwiches out dry but, never thought to ask if i was okay with that. i drove back home to sit down to a disappointing Chicken sandwich. On a lighter note, the Cheesy Double Beef Burritos were as ordered and rather tasty

Stopped here to see if they could help me figure out how to make the purchase on my app and redeem the bucket of chicken and no one in the entire restaurant including the manager didn't know anything that's a shame.

Spoke with a manager less than 1 minute ago, got greeted over the phone by a young lady and when i asked to speak to a manager she left me on speaker where she then mocked me over the phone like an idiot, when i spoke to the manager he did not care. This all started because i asked for sweet tea and when i tasted it i said it was flavored and the lady who was at the window; same lady who answered the phone, she said “oh well that’s what came out the machine so that’s just what it is” So she basically just admitted that they don’t regularly clean their machines which is disgusting . They’re rude, Unsanitary, and ignorant. What a crazy experience. Don’t eat here, For real i’m trying to save you all from food poisoning or worse. There’s no way the health department deemed this place food safe.
