They are dishonest and rude. I normally enjoy my transaction with them but tonight made it doubtful that I'll ever order from them again. Bad service is reason for business decline. Nasty, unprofessional and tried to hike delivery terms. Watch your order and they're pricing. Never again.

This place is OK but not my first choice. I only went because it was close to me. The kid at the counter took my order wrong and I didn't see it till I was home. I ordered general tao's chicken wings but got just chicken instead. Wasted dang on 15 bucks and it really wasn't worth it. So if u know of a better Chinese place I would suggest u go there before here but I guess it works for a back up. Smh

The food was so so hot(temperature)! Which is crazy to believe for delivery, amazing! Got the Pad Thai and General Tao’s Chicken, hot and sour soup and spring rolls. All 10/10!

I am a college student at ODU and I would rather come to Lins garden than pay the price for the food in the Webb. The lunch special is a good deal for roughly 8 dollars you get a Pepsi, fried rice, and your entree. I've never had an issue in the customer service department it's always hi and bye. I sit inside, eat, and study. I love this place thank God for it.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Their chicken Chow Mein is nothing more than an undercooked rice dish with a bag of dry, "chow mein noodle" packet. What the f**** Absolutely terrible food. Why would they consider this acceptable cuisine? Deceptive and over priced items. Businesses like this survived the pandemic? They should be shut down for their s*** quality food. A zero star rating. They are ripping off the residents of Norfolk with their fast produced, awful dishes. It has almost no taste. I cannot express how upsetting this is. Im pretty sure they refused to cook a true chow mein dish because my order came in 30 minutes before closing. What kind of b******* excuse is that?

This place is so good. I ordered over the phone after looking at the menu online. It was simple and easy to get my order placed. My order was ready in 10 minutes. I got a lunch order of sesame tofu and general tso's chicken both with fried rice and a drink. The total was 15 something before tip. The tofu was crispy and delicious and the sauce a good balance of sweet and salty. The fried rice was lack luster but the flavors of the main make up for it. The GTC was also very good. Nothing ground breaking, just good food at a good price. That's exactly what you want with Chinese food. Would recommend time and time again.

My food was not tastey at all.I called them and mind you I left them a tip before I even ate my food. And it was disgusting I didn’t like it at all. My lomein was black and no meat in the general Tao chicken. My husband didn’t even eat his food he threw it away just disgusting place and customer service at that. I called the lady told me her food was good and that I needed to F off don’t go to this place at all. Rude customer service skills
