I went here to get some mini pizza things and bread sticks.... It was 7 o'clock few days ago a guy or gal with long hair was working and a young guy in back... Well I asked for some minis n he said they don't have any...just the one that's in the warmer n only bread sticks was in the warmer... I said so can u cook me some then I was told they don't have anymore .... I could tell something was off.... So I said ok I'll take the one that's been sitting in warmer n a bread stick... He reached in. The warmer I said can I get fresh bread sticks I'll wait cause he went to reach in and take the bread sticks in the back like he was gonna bring em back to life...I said I'ma be honest if I pull it out n it's hard or no season or taste I'ma just give em back so can u get fresh please so the guy with the long hair told the young guy in the back she don't want old ones the guy in the back got mad cause he had to make fresh bread sticks like dude it's 7 o'clock... U won't cook me fresh poppers n u h don't wanna cook me fresh breadsticks..it was giving lazy... Didn't wanna serve hot n fresh but wanted my money.... So the long hair guy went ahead n put some fresh ones in oven... 👍... But no mini tho..by the way... Do y'all close at 7.... Cause if not then don't treat customers like they are a problem for asking for something hot.... I'll go to Chesapeake before I go back there again .poor service... N the bread sticks still had no taste smh

Underwhelmed experience with the crust....I am here to applaud the excellent customer service from the employee I interacted with. HOWEVER, the pizza was not cooked thoroughly. Unsure if this is from their ovens temperature being set incorrectly, but seems like they need to increase cooking temperature. Or the employees are shortening the length of the cooking time belt by pushing the pizza thru the conveyer belt to speed up the process, but this is the 3rd time I've ordered from this location in the past 3 months and Everytime the dough is chewy, yes the underside is a tiny bit brown, but the inside is still not cooked fully, so I had to invest in an air fryer to finish cooking the pizza. I love my little Caesars but I need some crunch to my crust, not mushy dense dough. Maybe management needs to get a technician out to see if the issue with oven is internal(thermostat).
Food wasn't bad. Great place for some quick budget friendly pizza. Pizzs bites weren't the greatest. Service was great. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a little Ceasars.

They literally messed up my order the last time I ordered a forty dollar order.. So I went back up there and they were going to replace it, and they literally messed up the order again.I am missing my mushrooms.I'm missing my pepperoni.. I don't understand how hard it is.And then the other pizza has sausage on it, which I never even ordered!!!!
Shoutout to Big Rizzo!! Really took care of us, made sure our food was the freshest quality, tried to make us feel comfortable during our wait. Great service, great guy.
