They didn't have my order for birthday party, then wouldn't take my calls afterwards. The worst customer service

Horrible customer service. Listened to the phone ring for 10 mins without being answered. 10 mins! I had to step outside because it was so annoying. Crazy to think about how much money the owner is missing out on. And the pizza was 3/10. Done at your own risk!!

Omg the people here are so mean, I was ordering a pizza like 15 minutes before they close, and they were so sarcastic telling me why they can’t do a pizza before they close, If it's not time to close yet because they say they can't attend and in a derogatory way?

Great pizza place with awesome staff in a pretty terrible run down area, Norfolk as a whole needs some revamping and better budgeting towards cleaning up the city. But otherwise this store is awesome, the staff is always polite and make your food quickly. One of the employees Shawn is especially nice, always polite and willing to help with whatever you need.

I received great service from the woman up front. I asked if I could get garlic butter spread over my pizzas and she didn't hesitate to help. Also the kindness was greatly appreciated.

Placed order 3 hours ahead of time for 1 pizza and bread stick walked in they said they were backed up and they are going to start the order now.

I ordered two pizza puffs one was made fresh the other. Was old, dried up and left out. Check your order before leaving the store or just don’t order from here. Never has any of my pizza puffs ever look like this at any other location. Waste of $4
