It was the syrup for me. For a person that don't really eat breakfast I gave them a try. Figuring it's in a well established location of Ghent the food should be more then eatable. I was wrong. Basic get you in and get you out type of joint. Or..is that to specific customers. I grew up on pancakes and umm-umm, some french toast. Nice try ...wrong guy. So much for a good spot to brunch.

We happened to be in the area so we stopped for breakfast. I'm so glad we got there just after 8 (for breakfast) because by the time we were ready to leave it was PACKED! There's a good reason, though.
The food was fantastic and the staff was like talking to an old friend.
We got the salmon cakes (my first time trying them and they were good enough I'd order them again), chicken and waffles, a kitchen sink dog, and then a basic breakfast for the tiny human.
My husband had the hot dog and salmon cakes and loved both (though he liked the bot dog a bit more).
I had the chicken and waffles and they were cooked absolutely perfectly. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that they syrup was too watery so there wasn't much flavor in it and it didn't coat the meal, just kind of dropped on it, but that isn't a deal breaker, it was still delish.
All in all, you won't be disappointed. The vibes are cute, prices are reasonable, great location, awesome people watching, and just an overall great experience.

I have always wanted to try this place and had the pleasure of doing so today. Our server, Logan, was exceptional and we had so much fun talking to her. The environment was friendly and it felt like I had been coming there for years. We sat at the bar but there is outside, inside, and screened in patio seating. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I would highly recommend coming here for a quick breakfast or lunch bite.

The food was good and flavorful. Not spectacular like the home fries were hashbrowns for example. Prices were fair. We went on the weekend so it was understandably busy, but felt chaotic.
Our waitress was very rude and needs customer service training. She even took our food without asking if we were finished that we were going to take home. We might try going again on a weekday since the food was decent and the price was okay.

A super great neighborhood secret! Every dish we had was amazing! Our waitress (Sorry I can’t remember her name to save my life) was just phenomenal. We had a large party and popped in for breakfast on a Sunday. We were well accommodated, our orders arrived fast, and our food was delicious. If you find yourself in the area, this place is well worth a stop!

We were going to go across the street for a cold brew, but noticed the outside seating T Little Dog Diner and because we had a dog we popped over… This place is great! Screened in porch that is dog friendly and café tables out front. They brought us a big bowl of ice water for our dog! Service was so friendly and good and the food and coffee was delicious! Very large menu with plenty of offerings to please everyone. Crab cake Benedict (1/2 order) and cuban sandwich with fries for the win!
