We needed a bite to eat heading back to Maryland and decided to give this little diner a shot on our way out of town. It looks and feels like you’d want a small diner to. You seat yourself so we just grabbed a spot outside which was nice. Once I found out that their hot dog chili was homemade, my fiance and I both got the chili dog platters and it did not disappoint. This is a great place to eat and would eat here again if we are ever in the area.
Go-to breakfast joint in the heart of Ghent. The Down South twist on eggs Benedict (fried green tomato, bacon, avocado, on a biscuit with customary perfect poached egg) was outstanding. Everyone at our table loved what they ordered. Really great service.
Easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Got 2 of the green tomato’s and the chicken and biscuits with eggs. Perfect pit stop in Norfolk for a no frills quick meal that is 100% worth the price
