This is like the second time I ordered from them on DoorDash and instead of a chicken cheesesteak they gave me steak and I don't eat red meat. It's so inconvenient already having to wait an hour for my food and then having to get food somewhere else because they couldn’t get the order right, like come on man get it together.

I owe this place a major apology. I left a not so good review prematurely without knowing why they were closed. Tried it again , and the place is amazing. The staff is very pleasant and the food is point blank amazing! I sincerely apologize and would highly recommend this eatery to anyone who is in the Downtown Norfolk area!!

Food was delicious but the jerk chicken philly was a bit too salty. Salmon egg roll was awesome. Traditional Philly was great but I think we'll ask for extra cheese next time. We ordered smalls and they were still as big as like a subway footlong. Would recommend! I liked the murals inside too.

I rate the service 4 vice 5 because they have tablets up front. This was my first visit and although I conducted research prior to coming. I still had questions. The young lady standing up front had her back turned to me standing at the counter, which I found weird and as I’m asking questions, she vaguely aided me. The chef was standing in the background and was able to assist, making this a great experience. We ordered a variety from seafood, the major phillie, oxtail, chicken to get a taste of everything. It was all great. Don’t go off what you read on reviews. One person gave it a one star, then showed a picture where they say they were “enhancing the sandwich’ the stove was filthy and dirty. Your input doesn’t count. The second said, the servings were small which once again was incorrect. We enjoyed the food and we will be coming back. The food was great!!!!
I ordered an oxtail and a classic shorty to taste test the difference. I couldn't, they weren't labeled either so I'm not sure which was which. But....they both were very good. High quality meat, cheese, and bun. That's right, they got all three parts right. As a philly native this was the closest i had to home in virginia, at a premium but it was worth the splurge. And oh yeah, downstairs they got a bunch of mini arcade cabinets on free play.

I just don’t understand it. The man had an attitude for one. The food was just garbage steak and cheese eggrolls had no cheese. I asked for a different kind of cheese. It’s like he got mad and said no I don’t have that they don’t have to ever worry about me coming back
Got a jerk chicken sandwich after class and wasn't let down the portion is huge and the chicken is juicy and well seasoned. Will definitely be back to try other items.
