So, there I was at work, stomach rumbling, ready to hit up my usual Chinese spot—boom, they’re closed. Bummer, right? But then I stumbled upon MayMar Poke and Grill, and let me tell you, it turned my lunch frown upside down!Parking lot was jam-packed, but that didn’t slow things down. The vibe inside was upbeat, everyone was super friendly—even the customers jumped in to help me figure out where to line up. Talk about good vibes only!I ordered a poke bowl that was nothing...
You can tell how good a food place is before you even eat by who comes in. This place was hopping in the 10 minutes that I ordered and ate! Everything from construction workers to Navy to business professionals!You could tell almost all were regulars, with some introducing the place to a new customer they brought. I'll be back for sure!!!
Small Filipino destination off of Granby. Went here with a few colleagues for a quick lunch. The staff was fast and the food was really tasteful. My only problem was the amount of bone shards scattered throughout the dish. It felt like something you could eat rather quickly but because I kept running into shards of bone from the chicken I was very careful and felt like it took away from the enjoyment.
