Waited a LONG time to get my order because people were coming back with complaints and they were forgetting other people's orders and mines. Wasted unnecessary time in there.

You’re better off at the local gas station for lunch. They do not move with any urgency, and if you return with an issue about the order they tend to blame the customer. Odd.

Ordered fries for my pick up order. Waited 10 minutes went inside and the staff didn't even greet . There was 3 other people waiting and they were being ignored long before me. I couldn't wait another 10 minutes so I left. Not the first time I wait on a order especially for fries for my little one. I think last time it was not busy and it was a 10 plus wait and I went inside. Workers barely acknowledge you here endless you go through the drive thru

I had a Modile Order. I order a fish filet & a mcdouble. I got my bag & it only had a fish filet. I noticed before leaving the window. I had to park to get my other sandwich. Drive thru line was about 15 minutes from ordering to getting all of my food.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in Virginia, I waited in line for around 30 minutes just to pay, another 15 waiting for my meal, and all of that just to get the wrong meal at the end, I recommend going to the food lion down the street, buying your own ingredients and make your own McDonald’s, you’ll probably eat faster that way then coming here
Don’t get here if you’re looking to get “fast food” long wait time for everything. First order took 15 mins and the second order which was a 10 piece nugget took 15+ mins as well.
